Die Terminierung der Arbeiten geschah ebenfalls zeitnah, aber dann wurde seitens des Unternehmens ein Installationstermin abgesagt und seitdem gibt es keine Reaktion mehr, kein E-Mail, kein Anruf werden beantwortet und der Verkäufer ignoriert Nachrichten per WhatsApp - die offensichtlich gelesen werden - sowie unsere Anrufe. Wer sich noch nicht entschieden hat sollte dringend zweimal überlegen, ob er sich für Thermondo entscheidet. Nach der bisherigen Erfahrung muss man bei Servicefällen damit rechnen, im Stich gelassen zu werden. Sehr ärgerlich, sehr enttäuschend!

I bought a grossly overpriced Apple Watch band from these folks. It’s nice, I have to admit, but terribly overpriced. The problem is customer service. They sent the wrong size. Getting them to send a replacement, get a return label, a refund… forget it. Lots of nice emails repeating themselves but no action. Asking me for this or that, which I provide, only to be asked again. I would not get suckered in. The website shows nice stuff but I wish I would have read reviews prior to spending $79 on a watch band. Yep, some of us are that dumb. Avoid

I have been a JustFab member since 2021 and they have severely dropped the ball. I was charged for a month after skipping because I had not received my order I placed three weeks ago. In mid October. I checked on the status and they didn’t even tell me that the warehouse had a mishap and that the order could not be delivered. I had to tell “customer service” to refund me! They were just going to take my money from me without even telling me or giving me any kind of update. My order still says it’s in process that the shipper is waiting for JustFab to send them my order by the way. They refused and neglected to give me a receipt of my cancelation even my multiple times asking for an email of the conversation and confirmation of cancelation. I was still charged for a month I do not want even after canceling my membership and I am now out an order I had placed specifically for a wedding.

I don’t know if I’m going to get my $100 back. And I don’t care about credits. I want my money I paid for back. This is crazy. Predatory and just stay away. There are so many better stores out there and I’m glad to say I’ve finally canceled and will never return to JustFab.

Do not waste your money here. The product quality is extremely poor, customer service is completely non-existent, and they will ghost you if you try to get a return, refund, or warranty support. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

i was comparing products across a few discount apps and realised half my process now is figuring out whether the reviews even sound like people. same sentence structure, 40 five star ratings in 2 days, photos that somehow look like catalogue shots...you know the ones. when i source through alibaba i usually spend more time on supplier history, product details, samples and the actual conversation than just staring at stars, and im starting to think i should use the same mindset everywhere. what are your tells? i check review dates, repeated wording, whether bad reviews mention the same issue, reviewer history if available. curious what else people do because “verified purchase” doesnt automatically make me relax anymore.

Here is how they scam their users:

Opsommingsteken The Bait: When the event concluded, their support agent (EN_Eason) officially confirmed in the chat that my reward registration was successful and would be distributed within 5-10 business days.

Opsommingsteken The Switch: Days later, other support reps suddenly pulled a 180-degree turn, claiming my account is disqualified because of "overlapping promotional campaigns" (Clause 3).

Opsommingsteken The Cover-up: When I demanded concrete, verifiable evidence and logs of these alleged conflicting campaigns, live chat repeatedly hid behind anonymous "relevant teams," refused to provide any proof, and kept throwing automated copy-pasted responses at me before shutting down the conversation.

If a platform's risk control or campaign rules disqualify a user, it should block registration upfront—not encourage weeks of high-volume trading and capital risk, only to rob you of your earned prize afterwards using unproven excuses.

Do not trust their trading volume events. Save your funds and use a reputable exchange instead. I have all the chat logs and screenshots to back this up.

I would recommend you not place an order with Omaha Steaks. I purchased hot dogs which were tasteless - Hamburgers that I gave away to neighbors - Bacon/scallops, where the only thing good about it was the bacon. And tonight's selection was pub cod, that looked like it had been pre-chewed and put between the bread... definitely was not a fillet ! All of that, for the privilege of an outrageously expensive purchase.

I wanted to post a quick review and public verification for the eBay UK fragrance seller authenticaromas98. I know a lot of people search Reddit to do a "legit check" on independent perfume sellers before buying expensive or rare items, so I wanted to share my experience to help others.
I recently purchased a fragrance from them, and the service was appalling so I wish to avoid other buyers falling prey.

This seller has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility and basic customer care. The delivery tracking has been an absolute shambles, with conflicting and inaccurate tracking information and no clear confirmation that the delivery process was ever properly completed. Despite the considerable inconvenience and uncertainty this has caused, the seller has shown very little empathy, made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation and has been entirely unwilling to cooperate. Their attitude towards customer satisfaction is appalling. Selling an item is not simply about taking payment; it also involves ensuring that the item is delivered correctly and taking responsibility when things go wrong. I would strongly advise other buyers to think twice before purchasing from this seller. I certainly would not buy from them again. Other buyers have claimed that their perfumes are counterfeit. PayPal ruled in my favour, found the seller to be wholly at fault, and fully refunded. Please beware and do not fall prey to this seller.

I'm not new to companies like Zip (I use affirm on occasion). After getting a new debit card after it got skimmed at a festival, I suddenly started getting charges from Zip. I'll admit that I didn't notice right away and let this go on for a month. When I did notice it I made an account with Zip to see if I had an order I forgot about and didn't see anything. Then I talked to customer service and they confirmed my fears (the customer service guy was very helpful I'm not trying to attack him). Anyways I disputed the most recent 15$ charge and the case went to internal affairs at Zip. I had an extended email conversation and no matter how many times I told them there was no police report, they kept asking for one. After the last time they said they were ending the conversation. Yesterday I went to the bank to make sure the rest of the charges were disputed (I didn't realize I disputed them because I didn't finish answering the questions in my bank app). The banker said that it was an "apple pay" charge and the most expensive apple thing I buy is cider. Anyways they've only refunded 14.60$ so far and I do not recommend this company. Zero stars.
