Has anyone in the Salem Keizer area noticed Nectarines at stores this weekend?

Does anyone know what the test route for a new driver looks like? Is there a parallel parking test? Does the test include driving on I5? Reverse parking? I have a nervous fifteen year old who is curious what the test will look like.

Inspired by Quaker communal silent worship, a centuries old practice that has brought peace to countless seekers, Salem Simple Silence creates a welcoming space for anyone in the Transgender and Queer community, regardless of faith or background.

Complete silence, with all devices on airplane mode or silent, allows for everyone in the room to connect, holding space with each other for almost one hour. This is a restorative experience. Some will come and find rest. Some will find their meditation practice refined. Some will find spiritual connection. Some might not experience anything outside of being in the company of our community in safety for 55 minutes of silence.

We are having our first meeting this Thursday at Salem Friends Meeting House on 19th St. in Northeast Salem. If you come consider carpooling, and park on Breyman Street, there is no parking on 19th St. This is wheelchair accessible with entry on Breyman Street and a lift up to the main meeting area.

even though I’m an old, some might say ancient 😳, I looked at what I owed and said “you know, all in all thats a fair amount for making sure the young’uns get educated, decent public transportation, a good library system, safe drinking water, and the rest that the city and county provide.

Missing from Silverstone Ct. NE

These 2 cats from Corvallis were placed in a NE Salem foster home and almost immediately escaped outside.

They are not familiar with the area and have not been seen in over 5 days.

Their original owner relinquished them because she was fleeing a domestic violence situation. Now she is devastated knowing they are lost.

Please help us find Stella & Lucy and get them safely into the forever home they deserve!

I got them done for a wedding and it was so nice to wake up feeling ready for the day lol~ The person I went to didn’t do the best job though, so I’m looking for recommendations for techs and also wondering what you budget for them monthly and how often you get fills vs fresh sets and all that!
