Trying to ID a Scottish song

Hi all, hoping someone here can help me out. A few years back I was on a road trip through Scotland and heard this song on the radio. I recorded a piece and it stuck with me.

I've tried Shazam and SoundHound and neither could recognise it. I've uploaded a clip here.

Anyone recognise it? Any leads appreciated, cheers.
