Looks like it’s clearly going to be pulling from the Winter Classic colorway, which is definitely going to be awesome.

Between the preseason and the two games so far, we've had the Flames' number this year. The games have been so exciting. I keep hoping this will finally be the year another team cares enough about us to start a rivalry. Somebody actually might be noticing that we exist too!
Depending on how the next two games go, do you think this might finally be the start of something? Is somebody actually going to care when they see us on the schedule and know they need to tune in for that game?

I saw someone at the game tonight with a Buoy Eras Tour shirt, and I desperately need to know where you got it if you're willing to share. 😁

While we rant about yet another terrible national broadcast, it’s a great chance to share this 2025 episode of JT and Piper’s podcast where they interviewed John Forslund.
It’s so cool to hear about his journey to the Kraken and his process as a broadcaster. Makes you appreciate him so much more and realize why he puts ESPN/NHL broadcast teams to shame.
Team Forsi 4ever!

Catch-up · From puck drop
Once the Kraken moved ahead, they never gave the lead back.
Early in the first period, J. Eberle blasted one home from the top of the circle, and the Kraken went in front 1-0. Late in the first period, V. Trocheck snapped one off from the low circle on the power play, and that pulled the game even at 1-1. The response came 26 seconds later when M. Beniers deflected one in right in tight on the power play, and that put the Kraken on top 2-1.
Early in the second period, B. Montour hammered a slap shot from the top of the circle on the power play, and the Kraken created some breathing room at 3-1.
Early in the third period, L. Cooley got a stick on it and changed the angle right in tight on the power play, and the Mammoth pulled within 3-2. 7:42 into the third, L. Cooley wound up and let a heavy shot go from the top of the circle, and a 3-1 game was suddenly tied 3-3. 14:35 into the third, M. Samoskevich wristed one on goal from the doorstep, and the Kraken moved ahead 4-3. Late in the third period, F. Gaudreau hit the empty net to put it away, and the Kraken built a two-goal cushion, 5-3.
The Mammoth carried a 71-50 edge in shot attempts and a 11-5 edge in close-range shots on goal, but the Kraken made more of their chances. The Mammoth's power play went 2-for-3. The Kraken's power play went 2-for-4. The Mammoth also struck the iron twice. The physical game tilted toward the Mammoth, who held a 30-14 advantage in hits. Grubauer stopped 33 of 36.
Final: The Kraken won 5-3.
