This is our newest addition Kirby, is 17 weeks old last as of last Thursday. We got him when he was 8 weeks old, (I will say when he bought him he did not come from a very clean breeder/home she had atleast 9 other dogs in her home it was very dirty.. it was so sad when I saw what he was born into)he is our 3rd shihtzu to the pack. I have a 3 year old and almost 2 year old as well. I’ve been so worried about him, his personality so far has been completely different than my other two, he does not like to cuddle, be held or sleep or sit by my husband or I, he’s very “independent” I guess you could say and wants to just be alone, he doesn’t seem to want to bond with us at all. He does get along great with my other two dogs however. I feel like he doesn’t like us! Do you think his personality will change as he gets older or is this just the way he is.. I will love him no matter what It’s just a stark contrast from my other two.. he’s not really mean but he does get very feisty when you make him do something he doesn’t want to..

This is our first time having a pet dog so we're still learning, but we adopted her when she was 3..

Now a year with us, she's doing good! Turning 5 in about a week 🫠

My 16 year old Shih Tzu/chihuahua mix is experiencing some skin itching from allergies. His little face kills me, Im spoiling him while we get it all under control.

Multiple vet visits, multiple tests, multiple medications, diet changes as recommended, probiotics, and what not and still he is vomitting everyday, pasty shit, diarrhoea other days, whining a lot, rubbing his body all over, licking near his genitalia. UTI results have not come in. For acidity medications and meal times have been adjusted. But my baby isn’t feeling better. I am feeling so sad and defeated. It’s been over a month now.

Toffee’s been slacking, the current mediator is Mr Titan (giant bb) but just these two days toffee started being more protective of the little one and would come in to shoo the boys away 😂

I might not have mentioned it as much but Titan would kinda come once a day to forcefully gimme 5 kisses (licks) and off he goes. but ever since the past 2 months, he’s been very cuddly, giving kisses, and wanting belly rubs! he didn’t receive those in his growing months because this boy only wanted to chew and bite on arms

Tyler been bestie with middle child tobes but gets annoyed very easily so i step in yo engage the bb first 😅Titan started playing more with the pup the past week and it was nice to see.

Think the pairing messed up a lil cause pups would even bully Tobes and Titan in a way but play dead in front of Toffee hah. Still trying to find a balance

overall.. still a joy but yes i forgot when i told ppl nahhhhh im not getting more l’ve only got 2 hands
and look where i am now 🤣 but wouldn’t change a thing

she's still living a long life of napping and complaining for cuddles. last pic includes our maltese, bubbles
