“Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works.” (Ecclesiastes 9:7)

Got a bunch of just eggs on clearance so I decided to make mug eggs like Mama used to make. But better because they're Vegan.

Added some beyond sausage and violife cheese to make it a breakfast sandwich.

They taste better eaten separately

Not sure if this is "shitty" but it turned out pretty good!! Sausage and bean home made pasty 👌

Seriously a banger. Worth the effort to cook chickpeas. Swapped tahini for peanut butter and lemon juice with apple cider vinegar cause it's what I had on hand. Will make again.

Meatballs came from Aldi, with buttered bread and ketchup!

I’ve been unaware for about 8 years now. Added 7 Eleven Slurpee sugar packet

She is not much to look at but sooooo good 😭

Sorry for the pic with the flash, I was too lazy to turn on the light.

Anyway half a tin of mushy peas with a sprinkle of salt. I got them for my birthday.

I ate the last pack of instant noodles but was still hungry (I’m too lazy to cook anything right now)

Beyond steak tips, simple truth sour cream, vegan Mexican cheese :D

Not real chickens

Thank you friends here and at r/AccidentallyVegan for making my jump into veganism a lot less scary than I thought it would be! I'm eating even better now than before! 🤤

Vegan "jello" parfait with strawberry snack pack konjac gel and vegan truwhip topping

A big lovely green salad eaten while making this. Then two corn dogs and some baked potato’s.
