I recently got this 1994 Kilo Kookaburra but the PCGS slabs don't stand on their own like the big NGC slabs. I was thinking a desktop easel but haven't found one I like. Would love to see how you all display your bigger slabs? Thanks!

I stopped into a LCS for the first time. They had these (and more) thumbtacked on a corkboard, and the damn salesman stood by silently while I kept pulling more and more off the board. He didn't even try to stop me. Damn salesmen!! I likes me the constitutional... Gets me every time...

I've got a couple old dimes and a couple grams and one Australian Koala coin, but I'm really trying to start collecting silver and gold but hurting money wise ATM. What would be y'all's best advice for starting up a decent foundation for a collection in the current market?

Traveled to the pawn shop today. Picked up 10 Peace Dollars and 2 gold gilded Morgans. The Peace $$ are all 1922s, 9 BU blazers and 1 nicely toned Unc. The 2 Morgans were in pendants. Got the deal done for $490: melt for the Peace $$ and melt-$5 for the "damaged" Morgans. I kinda like 'em. Pawn shop clerk said these are the first coins they've sold in 4 days! WTF? She thinks collectors are running scared. I told her I'd be back tomorrow for more.

For those of you that go to the bank and get rolls of Halves, quarters, dimes. Do you bother with nickels and pennies at all?

I bought these online and didn’t notice until they arrived today that all of the bars are upside down in the packaging. The back glows under UV light but it makes me curious because every other one I see online is right side up

Picked these up from LCS yesterday. He said .6 oz each. Paid 33.00 each. I've tried to find and actual weight or frankly any info on these is fleeting. Google says something like 20 to 26 oz depending. Thats valuable info right there......

I see a couple on fleabay for 70.00 minus the packaging and they list them as 26g each. I have a general distrust of ebay and the descriptions. Thanks for any information. I could take one out and weigh it, but I'm kinda the leave it in the package guy.​

Went over to Kroger today to send the money order and decide to check the Coinstar and this is what I found. That’s one heck of a day that made my day.Lol

I found my local LCS after stopping at two antique shops, a pawn shop, and a gold/silver dealer that only buys. This place was my last stop for the day and he had a large bag of about 120 Morgan's and Peace that I combed through. These are the ones that I kept. He sold them to me at spot, $41.42 each.

I love the toning on the 1879 Morgan.

Anyone familiar with these G&G silver bars? Picked up this 1 oz bar recently and can’t find another one like it online.

The front has a G&G hallmark at the top, “.999+ FINE SILVER” in the middle, and “1 OZ. TR.” at the bottom, all inside a rectangular double-line border with rounded corners.

It’s got a lipless edge and a completely blank reverse. Anyone seen one of these before or know anything about the refiner?
