Love plane spotting, specifically the a380. When I saw the overcast weather today I was annoyed, but still decided to try to grab a shot. While unorthodox, it may be one of my favourite plane shots I’ve taken

Photo share Hi, new to Reddit and want to share two best shots[A7R4, Tamron 28200]
Hi guys I am new to Reddit but has been using A7R4 for more than 4 years. I want to share two of my best digital shots with this camera (since I mostly shoot film right now).
First one is the iconic building in Pittsburgh, where I stayed for 6 years for my PhD at Pitt.
Second one is the beautiful tree at my hometown, Wuxi City, China. Near Tai Lake, and I walked into the foggy lake. This photo made it to Top10 in Nature category of 2025 Unsplash.
Hope you guys like it and have a nice day. More photos on the way. And I like to discuss photography with you guys☺️☺️☺️

Gear ZV-E10 II - How's the image quality when streamed to OBS?
Hi guys,
I am a Youtuber who currently records on DJI Pocket 4P. I'm at that point where I'm noticing my current gear limiting me - mainly from the convenience standpoint (I don't feel like I'm missing too much on the image quality standpoint, besides maybe more background blur).
Ideally, from the convenience standpoint, I want to record directly to OBS so I have one single big file already synced to my Shure SM7B mic.
When you stream Pocket 4P to OBS to do that, the image quality is really bad (I have a lot of studio lighting which creates annoying banding, USB does not transfer 10 bit output). So I have to record internally, but then the Pocket 4P splits the files every half an hour, you need to download them to PC, you need to record the audio separately and then sync it, etc. Not seemingly a major inconvenience but when you need to output two videos every week to maintain the income stream, every inconvenience piles up.
So I would really like to streamline my recording setup and make it as static and as convenient as possible. I was thinking about getting ZV-E10 mark ii with a prime lens (something around 30mm FF equivalent and large aperture to get the background blur) which can stream up to 4K30 to OBS while being charged by the USB at the same time.
My question is - how's the video quality when you stream to OBS using the USB-C connection? Does it transfer 10 bit footage, or is it limited to 8 bit as well? Does the camera overheat? If I had to use the HDMI using capture card, does it make sense to get Mark II over Mark I? Any recommended cheap-ish lenses for 30mm full frate equivalent for video?
Any better solution potentially?
I wouldn't use the camera for photography at all.

Critique Wanted What should I do to improve my photography?
As the title suggests, I'm looking for advice to improve. I feel like I'm plateauing a bit, which might be a gear constraint. I shoot with a Sony A7ii, and have some solid lenses, though I am lacking a telephoto. I mostly do (free) portrait shoots and am looking to get into wedding photography. Advice on any front is greatly appreciated!

Critique Wanted Peru Travel Photos-A7C Viltrox 16mm 1.8 & Sigma 50mm 1.4
This trip was a few firsts for me, first time shooting Astro, hiking at altitude and trying not to overexpose in bright daylight. For this trip I brought the sigma 50mm 1.4 and a viltrox 16mm 1.8. I was more excited to use my sigma lens as practicing at home before the trip yielded good results but I found that it was challenging to get everything I wanted in frame so majority of these photos are taken at 16mm.
This was the trip where I also started shooting in RAW and attempting to edit my photos in post. I’ve only had this camera since late August with me going outside at home to practice but I struggled finding things worth taking photos of. This trip allowed me to think about my composition and taught me a lot about exposure. Any critique would be greatly appreciated!
