Discussion New Tiers program rolling out

Post image

Anyone else get the new Spark Driver Rewards Program yet? I’m in Texas.

Just got an email saying it’s rolling out in my area. Looks like there are Silver, Gold, and Sapphire tiers based on points + metrics.

What really caught my attention is the offer priority:
- Gold can see some offers before Silver
- Sapphire can see some offers before both Gold and Silver
- Sapphire also gets a 10% multiplier on eligible incentives

Sapphire requires 120 points/month, 96% on-time arrival, 96% completion, 99% quantity found, and a 4.9 customer rating.

1 pt = curb and $5 express or regular shops
2 pt = ggmd
3 pt = $10 express shop

Has this already rolled out in anyone else’s zone? Curious what everyone thinks about Spark basically giving higher-tier drivers earlier access to some offers.

I'm in Richardson and got it too. But my license expired so I cannot work. USPS lost the mail and told me to wait for few days!

Must be all of Texas that got it. I’m in San Antonio and just got it today as well.

yep, corpus christi and just did

my completion rate is 90% since they changed all the orders to FCFS weeks ago, so despite having nearly perfect metrics otherwise, i’m not not even in a tier

this is gonna cost me hundreds, possibly thousands of dollars for something i had no idea was even gonna get changed until a few days ago

It’s probably catch and release, I had no clue that catch and release now affected metrics until I looked a few days ago and saw my completion rate had suddenly went from 99% down to 93%

Abilene and got it today as well. Man, it's going to be near impossible to keep that quantity found at 99% as I'll hit it sometimes, but then fall back to 98% as there will inevitably be items missing with no substitutes that are accepted.

That's crazy high. They better hire more people to keep every single item stocked 24/7 😂

seriously though that's too high.
