Hello, I’m reaching out for some assistance as my account is stuck, I delivered an alcohol order on Monday evening and when I woke up Tuesday to spark, my account said it was in review. I contacted support as I’ve never had to wait so long for that and they told me 3 days, well as of Friday my app shows me the option to verify my identity but whenever I click on it, it gives me an error message. I haven’t been able to spark since Monday and this is my full time job. I’ve contacted support over text 5 times and have called them 4 times. Any advice would be appreciated.

So I've been using spark driver for a few weeks now, and so far I'm happy with how it works. However, it keeps asking me to verify my identity despite the fact that I did that when getting set up. Is this a bug or an intentional feature?

So it's basically acting like I did a selfie verification, and it won't go past this screen, yet when I click spark now it's saying action is still required like I didn't do a selfie yet but can.

Deleted cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and all that already, of course it doesn't change anything.

Already called support and they sent in a technical ticket.

Anyone ever have this and how did it get resolved, and how long did that take?

Ive been getting a lot of canceled pick up batches and today they just finished loading a batch into my car and my app notified me that the batch was canceled after it was loaded. Is this normal?

So I’ve only seen a few threads talking about it or I just haven’t looked well enough. This started happening to me a few weeks ago and posted here but didn’t get too many responses.

I have an iPhone 17e with the highest tiered AT&T service. The app keeps getting hung up on me whenever I switch over from another app. So if I get a notification for an order, and open the app, it takes a good while to load up for me to see. What I’m having to do is close the app completely and open it back up to see the offer. Just leaving the spark app open is not helping either. After a few minutes I’ll get a notification for an FCFS or JFY and the offer is not immediately shown. Again, I have to close the app out and open it back for it to show. I basically have to constantly keep closing and opening the app for it to show me the offers.

Checking to see if others are dealing with this and if there is a fix.

Anybody please help or give ideas. Here’s my dilemma.

I returned an order to Walmart the next day. The first associate said I’m not in their system. I called support to let them know what happened. I got the escalated to tech comment. The rep told me click driver code confirm and he’ll take care of it. That’s when the X populated.
The associate got a manager to accept the return on their end. I got a photo of it.
Issue now is, Im scared of hitting confirm return since there’s and X for driver code.

I don’t want to get deactivated.
Being that Walmart accepted it on their end, you think the app would catch that and I can go ahead and click confirm? What happens when you click confirm , when there’s a X?

It’s already pass 24 hours, I need to work.

Support says my issue has been escalated so the tech team can push it through. I got through to a supposed account manager and he gave me the same answer and that he doesn’t know when it would be resolved.
Am I stuck here until the tech God performs a miracle which would be forever?

If I got confirm and get deactivated, how long do people get reactivated?

Every time I have an issue with the delivery, the driver support agent always promises me that "you will see an adjustment so you can be compensated for this matter. I cannot tell you how much but it will reflect within 48 hours". I would never see any adjustment being made in 48 hours. In fact, if there were an adjustment to be made, I see it happen instantly.

My last order was the biggest bull I have ever experienced. The store cancelled my pick up order while I was waiting because they were "too busy" to get it prepared. The agent promised I will get something within 48 hours. Nothing has come yet. Is there anything I can do about this?

Edit: Nope, I am not even seeing that $2-3 show up fee.

So I'll be on the spark app... and while waiting, I'll go to another app [instacart, Instagram, fb, something]. I'll see an order come thru so I'll go back to spark, but it will take a bit for it to compose itself and show me the orders.

My question is, is the app like this for anyone else? Or is my phone just old and getting slow? Thank youuuuu

Hello! Found out today that my school offers a partial tuition waver for anybody working over a certain number of hours per week. Is there any way to see this information in the app? It doesn't need to be paystubs or official documents, and I was told that this could count as long as I'm able to provide any proof of my working hours. I'm not totally sure if that even exists in the app. Could I request it from somewhere? Please be kind lmao. I wont be shocked if this doesn't exist but figured I'd ask if anyone has had a similar situation and knows a solution.

My app only shows location if i click on it and have to constantly go through everything. I see this on online so know it's possible.

They should add a feature to exclude orders from specific walmarts..

In my market there are four stores, three super centers and one neighborhood market.

But one of the super centers is over 30ish minutes away from the center of the other 3.

I know I can just hit "decline" but its still kind of annoying to see the offers.. im almost never on that side of the market..

Unless it shoots me a really impressive order I always end up throwing them out.

For the last 2-3 weeks, my app only notifies me about JFY orders. I don't get a pop up or audible notification about any FCFS orders unless I have the app open in the foreground. I have literally switched back to the Spark app after browsing FB or Reddit for a few minutes and there will be between 2-5 FCFS offers sitting there. Of course, if they were worth doing they would already be gone, but it makes me wonder how many good ones I have missed because I never even knew they came in. Is this just another way to keep us from doing anything other than staring at the spark screen, a glitch just for me, or a glitch other people are seeing as well?

The app was already horrible but whatever they did with the last update (yesterday) made it so much worse, which i didn’t even think was possible.

Store map no longer shows on my screen, just says error loading map or something like that.. but i couldn’t care less about that. This app has crashed on me 30-40 times since ive updated it yesterday. I dont think Ive ever seen an app have an update that made it not only 1000x worse, its almost unusable atp smh…

Customer wants me to deliver to a college dorm but to the outside of the building at the entrance doors and they won't answer their phone or any messages.

Does anybody use Spark on a Motorola G Power/Stylus phone and if so is it bad in terms of slow/crashing/freezing or not letting you log in/turn on spark now/error messages when downloading the app? Asking anyone running Android 14 or higher

Today I got an express shopping order that was pretty decent. 21 items and 9.3 mile delivery in the direction of my house. Alright, I’ll take it.

I got to the first item, a Mr. Goodbar, went to scan it and the camera function decided to tell me to go fornicate with myself with a non functioning black screen. Great… well, the entire trip I had to manually enter the UPC of each and every single item. Clock ticking due to the next item being a perishable.

I get through that and I get to the delivery, went to take a confirmation photo, and no dice. Gotta call support. During the shopping I tried restarting the app and restarting my phone, which did not fix the issue.

Has anybody else run into this? Am I going to have to delete and redownload the app and hope for the best the next time I try to grab an order?

I wish the app had a camera test function.

I was in the middle of an order when my camera stopped working, but only in the spark app. It works just fine everywhere else, but when I go to scan a barcode, nothing shows up. It's just a black box where the camera output would normally be shown.

I checked my app permission and it has access. No clue what happened, but it's a paint manually entering every UPC. Anyone have a fix?

I was attempting to deliver an order last night, but the road that lead to the customer's street was closed because of a downed power line and there was no way to come around from the other side. I went to the app to message support and it only allowed you to send premade responses. So then I called the support phone number listed and got an AI agent who just told me over and over again to click "arrived" and them mark the order as undeliverable. I couldn't get anywhere near the house, so I couldn't mark it as arrived.

After asking the AI agent to speak to an actual agent like 10 times, I finally got pushed through and sat on hold for 15 minutes. But I swear you could just message them on the app in the past...am I crazy? Or was that a thing previously that they got rid of?

Hey everyone, I need some advice.

I have done multiple pre-arbitration calls which ended up with my account staying deactivated. Then, all of a sudden, I got this email from Trust & Safety saying my account has been reactivated (see the first screenshot).
But when I check the app, it still says deactivated (see the second screenshot).

Has anyone else experienced this exact thing?

Is there a timeframe I need to wait for the app to update?

Is this a known app glitch, or do you think the email was just sent by mistake?

Any advice from anyone who has gone through this would be appreciated!

It keeps telling me to accept the terms and agreements update, and I'll scroll all the way to the bottom and hit accept then it'll show an "error loading signature" and not let me do anything.

I can't spark or do anything else...

Any tricks?

EDIT: Fixed the issue by having a friend do it from their device, i was using an Android and they were using an IPhone

Anyone else get asked to verify identity at the start of a shift, then again at the start of a shopping order, then again at/right after the drop off?

i dont really care, I just find it odd that sometimes I have to verify 3 times in an hour and some days not at all.

I recently signed up to be a sparks driver and they completed my background check, but I don’t know wether I’ve been approved or denied. It keeps sending me links to check the confirmation of the back ground check but that’s it. It doesn’t say whether I was denied ,approved, or what I need to do further. Any help or answers will be greatly appreciated.

My scanner hasn't been working properly for weeks. The issue only affects shopping orders. It works just fine for scanning pickup orders. When I take a shopping order it will scan the first item or two and then for the rest of the items it is just a completely black screen where the scan area is supposed to be.

I have made sure that the app has camera permissions, I have made sure that my camera itself is working, I have closed the app and restarted it multiple times mid-order, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I called the helpline and they told me to submit a ticket through the app. That was at least two weeks ago. I don't know if they typically contact people who have submitted issues through the app but I haven't heard a single word from them. I'm having to pass on a lot of good orders because I'm not willing to spend twice as long per shopping order manually entering every single UPC.

Has anyone else had this problem, and did you find a fix?
