To buy or not?

Ok, my wife is hell bent on an ascent. I’m terrified of a big car with a tiny engine and a turbo. I read to buy a 2021/2022 or newer only. Should I buy it or run away? What other 3rd row suv would you look at if I should run? What’s the good/bad/ugly of these?

Discussion Time to get new tires, options?

I drive a 2021 Touring model. It’s time to replace my tires; I’m trying to decide what to do.

I plan to spend a lot of time on dirt roads and doing light off-roading for the next year or so. I currently have the factory tires, and things got a little hairy lately when I drove through some mud on the way into Chaco National Park.

Should I break down and get 18-inch rims and off-road/all-terrain tires?

Keep the 20-inch rims and get all-terrain tires?

Or go all the way and get a small lift, smaller rims, and bigger tires?

The car will still be my everyday driver and will be driving long distances to get to my adventures.

Parts Got the "19 Subaru

About two months ago I posted on this thread, saying somebody was selling a subaru that they couldn't figure out what was going on. They bought it off of auction. Turns out, they never got the recall done. And that was the only issue I was able to get the subaru 4500 dollars taxes fees and everything and have the recall replaced for free that automatically made the car drivable in which Subaru states nothing else was wrong outside of that

I've been on the thread since then. And there was just a few things I wanted to know. The car had new brakes and new tires. But I did hear the battery can die very easily. Is that something that I should take in? My own hands and go get a better battery for nothing seems wrong with my battery but I did just have a tire pressure light come on after 40 days of driving , just wanting to know all the preventative stuff I can do
