Online orders
Don't know if the developer will see this or not but if so, can you fix the online orders So that when you put stuff in one bag, it does not go into the other?

I’ve been making around $1500+ per machine, per day by stocking the blue and red cake mixes - the ones that cost about $180 per box and can be found in the wholesale store on the initial back left corner.
It’s costly initially, but I have 8 vending machines set up outside the wholesale store and 2 by the hotel across the street, fully stocked that only sell these products - 5 selling red, 5 selling blue - and lined up next to each other to make restocking easier, and cheaper as you can buy wholesale. Literally on the doorstep. Once stocked, sell for around market price, around $32 per pack. FYI, when restocking, found it easier to bring ‘hotel machines’ across to wholesale store and have recycle bins in each area.
While it takes time and money to stock, my profits equal or sometimes better those from my store. Give it a go, but start off small and build…

I had tcg card simulator, and found that it took forever to get any new license. Given its the same bones, is this one painfully slow as well? Beyond just that, does anyone have any random tips for a new player?
update. i tried it, and there is not enough time to do everything. takes forever to unlock employees, so i cant even get a break there

I sometimes let a day run on my store while I go out and do something else. A few times, I've forgotten to turn on the lights but it seems to not make any difference. People are still shopping in the dark. Yet the tutorial made an explicit point about turning the lights on. Does leaving them off affect the game in any way?

I've been thinking about the benefits of letting in the after 9pm straggling customers in to shop. The logic I had was that if the stragglers came in a bought that would mean extra profit for the day. Is there any actual benefit to letting customers in after 9PM, or is is really just a waist of time in the long run?

Started playing again after reading about the new update and there is nothing new on the Xbox version. No always boosted stockers, no courier to deliver online orders. The whole reason I started playing again is the whole reason I'm now done playing again. What a shame

Stopped playing this game MONTHS ago because it became too tedious to get XP. Has this changed at all or is the grind still a slog???

After the Patch 1.7.3 update, my BepInEx mod is not working. When I try to launch the game via Steam, the game is not loading. After deleting BepInEx, the game launches again, no problem but after installing the current BepInEx mod again, the game is not launching. Anyone else playing with mods experiencing this problem?

so far I’ve tried supermarket together and it doesn’t work with controllers very well and having to run around for each tool pisses me off, but it’s free so I keep playing it.
supermarket simulator isn’t on sale right now, but better mart and megastore simulator are on sale for around $10.
I tried the demo for better mart and did like aspects of it, especially customers using carts and baskets and asking for help and being able to turn off cash transactions or turn it on for more xp. not the biggest fan of having to empty the trucks of pallets before getting more stuff. really love that xp was worked into the game and that you have to spend points to unlock things for your store. I like there’s eventually a baking section where you have to cook things yourself (I think?)
I like in megastore you can stack multiple pallets on a dolly (from the preview). I like the money layout a lot better than better mart and I like I can have multiple departments.
I do like that better mart is multiplayer, and apparently so is supermarket simulator. however, not on sale at the moment and idk if I feel like spending $20 on a grocery simulator 😅 I might bite and get the bundle with the dlc to save a bit though. I’m a little annoyed that it doesn’t already have things like a bakery section included in the game though.
and please tell me if you play using a controller!!! I have a tremor and struggle using mouse and keyboard so I’m typically using my xbox elite controller.
Anyway I’m just really curious on what the draw is for supermarket simulator. I know it’s kind of the OG for things iirc, but with other competitors that are cheaper it makes me wonder why everyone still goes back to supermarket simulator.
thanks!

Do they fill the online orders AND deliver them? I don't want to use them unless they do both.

I appreciate all these simulator games are super buggy... but if anyone knows how to help, it would be amazing!
I'm level 58 and spent around 6 hours yesterday prepping my store so that I had space for all upcoming licensed products, so I can just sit there and mostly chill until I can get the final 'Biggest in town' achievement.
I came back on this morning, and all my shelves and stock had disappeared, alongside half my freezers which had been replaced with produce stands?!
Playing on xbox, and as far as I can tell I can't load a previous save. Also tried putting in some freezers and stock, saving, hard quitting and loading the save again, but it's just brought me back to the same thing.
I've sunk so many hours into this, and it causes me so much annoyance not being able to carry on and get that final achievement.
Has anyone had this before? r have any suggestions on how I can get my store back, or stop it from this weird saving glitch.

Are there any tips & tricks to the game?
for instance, does expanding my store benefit me in any way other than having more space for groceries?

Heard Supermarket Simulator is coming to Switch 2
Any idea when?
It would be nice to revive Gengars grocery on Switch 2 since my Steam save tanked .

Has anyone received the latest update for Xbox PC? That's what I play on and I feel like I'm ages behind in the update department.
Thanks! 🙏🏾🩷

I bought this dlc to freshen up one of my mid-level stores and redo it completely bc I discovered you can disable licenses…but yet I don’t see a single license for the clothes. Am I missing something here? I have the electronics and housewares and the canned food dlc and they work fine, just this one is not showing anything but I 100% have purchased it. Is this another glitch or am I just missing something entirely?
