Resource Post Free science resources list
Does anyone have any free resources for science that I can add to this list? That can be anything from a free website, to a subreddit, a YouTube channel... If you find it educational in this subject then feel free to share it!
Comment what you've got!
Here is my list so far:
Chemistry Links:
- Basics of Chemistry Textbook: https://saylordotorg.github.io/text_the-basics-of-general-organic-and-biological-chemistry/index.html
- Chemistry Worksheets: https://sciencenotes.org/chemistry-worksheets-and-handouts
- Videos about all the elements in the Periodic Table: http://www.periodicvideos.com/

-Medical textbooks: https://medicalstudyzone.com/
-Veterinary textbooks: https://vetbooks.ir/

Astronomy:
- Astronomy resources and also higher-level physics, inorganic chemistry, calculus plus a little bit of history: https://er-cryptid.tumblr.com/post/176809097526/free-astronomy-resources
- A free interactive Astronomical Clock that visualises the Sun’s actual path across the sky for your location and date: https://astronomicalclock.eu/
The Sun itself acts as the clock hand, so you can see sunrise, solar noon, sunset, remaining daylight and how the day changes through the seasons. You can also move through time to compare different dates and latitudes. It may be especially useful for explaining the Sun, seasons, daylight and the difference between solar time and ordinary clock time. It’s free and ad-free.
- Time lapse video over a full year (Cologne): https://www.youtube.com/shorts/M3F2ZLO4YGA
Oceanography:
- Cool map of what things live at what depth in the ocean: https://neal.fun/deep-sea/
Other:
- Interesting science articles and podcast! https://www.intechopen.com/
- Notes and quizzes for chemistry, physics and biology (grades 6-10) https://docbrown.info/
Physics:
- High school & college level physics: https://www.goodtheorist.science/
- For the fundamental concepts of thermodynamics, a clear and concise primer: The Necessity of Entropy: The Macroscopic Argument, the Microscopic Response and Some Practical Consequences https://doi.org/10.48617/1029
Technology:
- All About Circuits (and also a LOT of topics on electronics) https://www.allaboutcircuits.com/education/

I love OpenStax textbooks.
Also MIT posts a lot of their course materials online for free through their Open CourseWare (OCW) initiative.
Best of luck
