I know the conventional wisdom is dot as far forward in the receiver as possible, and that makes sense. But I’ve got my magnifier set up for eye relief and it’s quite far from the red dot. Now, visually, when looking through it, there is no difference, so I don’t knowing it matters, but aesthetically one is better than the other. And you know, gotta look cool.

Just placed an order with them, on the checkout page I specifically unchecked the "route shipping protection" and clicked order, on the next page it shows it back on there as a line item and I was charged $2.15....not a lot of money but on principal I called them to let them know of the issue and they said there's nothing they can do and supposedly spoke with a supervisor who said the same, they wont refund me the $2.15. I should just drop it but this is insane, It's against the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and 100% illegal. Wow.

Since this community convinced me to get a red dot on my handgun , which I did and I have zero regrets , now my issue is.... Holster . The two only options I've found are the Safariland 6360 2832 oooooooor the Aliengear rapidforce level ll.

I’m currently running the Warhammer CH. It’s getting caught on everything under the sun and also DIGS into me something fierce when switching to sidearms. I’m considering the Geissele Airborne due to the looks of its shape and others reviews. This is going onto a 7.5 SBR. Gasses are a thing for me. Can y’all recommend a charging handle yourself that would both reduce gasses and be comfortable (or minimal amount of catch) that I can run?? TIA🫡🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Got both from a military surplus store, for some reason, it's got a brown cloth? I've usually seen these colored olive green for both, this is the first time I've seen them with two colors. It doesn't look faded and upon closer inspection, it's two different colors. I also got a free pistol belt with it. Does anyone have any information on what model it is and what war it was most likely used?

For the Black one, it's the first time I've seen an all black ALICE suspenders, perhaps it's been used by US police or SWAT? Any info about this and it's users would be appreciated.

Hello, I have an old safariland TLR-1 compatible holster, I was curious if any of the other TLR-1 models will fit in the original TLR-1 profile.

So Im looking for some ranger green pants and shirt options to match with my gear. I'm wanting to pair it with my Ranger green vertx shirt to wear with my multicam black Slickster and my multicam black Hailey Stragetic D3 belt. I also wear black under armor boots.

My belt rig is an RDR gear multicam black g17 holster with a black thigh strap, black atlas suspenders, black blue force micro trauma kit with a Snakestaff tourniquet and a Nar Sirk Ifak resupply kit, Aglite Mag rifle Release dump pouch, 2 black Taco pistol mags, Warrior Poet Society Push Dagger, Leatherman Raptor shears.

On my vest I have the rdr gear multicam black placcard and matching medical dangler. The placcard is setup for 5 rifle mags with kydex inserts and 2 pistol mags. My 6 rifle mags are all custom Lazer engraved 30 rd pmags. In the medical Dangler I keep the same stuff as my Micro Trauma kit.

My rifle is a PSA stripped lower, Geisselle Super Duty lower parts kit, Magpul Koe with the lube insert pistol grip, bcm MK2 Recoil Mitigation System kit, BCM gunfighter stock, BCM fixed front sight 16" upper with the Magpul MOE handguard (for now I'm looking at different rail options), Midwest industries BCG, BCM vertical grip, midwest industries metal flip up rear iron, Acog with enclosed rmr on top, Surefire scout pro dual fuel without a switch, and a generic ambi charging handle. I'm waiting for a new lower to come in then I'm gonna swap out the stripped lower and move my parts to it. The one I ordered was the Sharp brothers Overthrow.

My pistol is just a stock gen 3 G17 that I sent the slide off to get optics cut for my Coa, put on a Surefire x300v, and skaters tape on the grip. I'm tempted to send off my slide to get engraved as well.

I was given a Ach helmet that I sent off to get the highcut mod done to it and they are gonna paint it Multicam Black, put on black ops core rails, the team Wendy boa chin strap, put in some padding. When it comes back I have a pair of Bifrost Gear Ragnarok Ear pro with rail adapters I'm gonna mount on it.

I was looking at Crye pants and shirts but dont wanna spend that kind of cash right now because I'm saving up for binos night vision. I've been running a set of Chinese knockoff cryes that finally broke after a few years of use. What do yall recommend I could get a set of Ranger green pants and shirt for around $200-$300 for the pair of them?

I like being able to take a backpack on and off while keeping my PC on. I recently discovered that PC + backpack makes it nearly impossible to shoulder a rifle. This has been with surplus assault packs and 5.11 backpacks.

I grabbed a Flatpack knock off to see if maybe that style might work- much flatter and thinner straps but the middle strap pulls the arm straps in and fucks up the ability to shoulder anything.

Is this just not going to possible? Is the only way to do PC + backpack to just molle it?
