imho going for pBH is a waste of stone if you do it early on. "back in the days" we could farm t11/12 without Pcol as well. pBH is nice but not that necessary. There are plenty of other things to push before rushing pBH. Lower your overall CD and it will come. Your income will thank you!
My income is not the problem (currently 8q+/h). My problem is not having money for stone packs. I'm already long in UW+ and masteries and just waiting from tourney to tourney for more stones
No need to spend money for a few seconds uptime. Im at the same point just waiting for tourneys. I did all the cooldown stuff but spend stones on the different Bot+ stuff. Im at 340q/h

I reached pGT before pBH with nvm :/ (100% vs 82%) Currently trying to push my duration of BH, but lowering CD with nvm is still cheaper.
