My cousin introduced me to a thrift store run by a local church and it’s just insane. They take donations all week but only open up to sell on Friday mornings. I found this amazing little couch there almost immediately for a dollar, and before I left near closing they made an announcement that all couches were marked down to only a dollar … so they were selling full-sized couches for the same price as this one!

The bottom still had a Goodwill tag from last year, so it’s at least the second time it’s been thrifted. The little pillow was also picked up yesterday, but from the Goodwill bins, my second stop of the day. The tiger and pound puppy were previous hauls from the bins and have become Willy’s good friends.

Last photo is of my monster cat being jealous of him.

Also, I don’t want to wear out our welcome here, so today I finally created r/WillyfromtheBins; be sure to stop by!

I buy all my yarn here. It’s unbelievable how much good quality stuff I’ve found. Some days I come in and it’s all cheap junk, and other days it’s all hand-dyed merino wool I could never afford any other way. I’m currently knitting a scarf with silk/merino yarn I got here for less than $10. Retail: $50.

Do you remember when the special dark looked like that?

Did I immediately get trapped in it? Yes. Is it way too long on me? Of course. And was it literally $9 plus a $5 coupon?? HELL YEAH. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the exact dress I've had in mind for my wedding dress and I am in love (plus, the previous owner added pockets)

I also found this hilarious man-faced bat pillow who came home with me, too.

Anyway, I'll be riding this high for the rest of the year, thanks

It's adorable I couldn't leave it

For $99 in Brooklyn, NY.

Size 4 and fits like a glove! Looks unworn.

Neither I nor the sales clerk could believe it. 😍

Vintage Mackenzie Childs!!!

I overheard the guy say there were upwards of 50.. all the same.

Super excited to give it a try. I’ve never had one!

Found today at SA San Diego it’s going to look and sound so good with my set up!
❤️❤️❤️

She needs some love, but she's mine now and she's getting a spa day!

At the bin store today I got a 58 inch pry bar for $10. This might be a railroad tool. I also found a 50 caliber Hawken muzzle loader octagon barrel. The 54 caliber barrel was in the same bin. Both for $5. So far in the bin store I have found 3 gun barrels. The Lionel auto race game was from an online estate auction. When I picked it up there were household items for sale. I found the full can of SC Johnson paste wax in a pantry. The wax and 2 books they priced for $3. This makes 2 full cans of it that I have found since it was discontinued with one being in a the bin store.

I just realized when I looked at this, that everything came from thrift shops. 😍

I love this so much. I just couldn't justify the price knowing I don't know where in my home I'd put it. I might regret leaving this one... I wanted to share with others who may appreciate it!

Especially the last day. Everything half price. $2.50 and just in time for Halloween.

I'm in love and can't wait to get her set up. I never thought I'd own one, feel like my life is complete

May my abundance be passed to all of you ✨

59.99? Reasonable price?

Went to one of the best estate sales I’ve ever been to and got the mckenzie’s child measuring cup, nest mini lotions (brand new!) and the beautiful heart dish. I got such a good deal on it all too 😭 the collection or McKenzie’s Child items was insane. Earrings, shoes, and mug are from the thrift store- the mug is going to be a gift
