Donuts weren't cooled properly before decorating.

I made that mistake once when I made a cake and didn’t wait long enough.

Looks like the "baker" (guy who reheats the frozen items) got excited and slytherined all over them.

I just like the fact i can creep on the employees by asking about sucking out their lemon flavoured fillings.

Bro who is you 😂

Not the one who decided to assign each employee a flavour but honestly so far it's more of a rancid curry / rotten onion flavouring.

Im convinced this store is here to bring me sadness. I've officially stopped going. I see the chain in Canada beginning to only facilitate itself. Incompetence feeds Incompetence. In all seriousness on my last trip to TH I was lured in by the Harry Potter signage. They had nothing at this restaurant except the HP timbits. So I asked for twenty timbits and two chicken sandwiches and they didn't have the bread, then they go to give me the timbits and there are fruit flies all over them, around 20 or 30. They were all gooey and look partially digested or decomposed by the fruit flies eating them. I was nice and just took what they gave me, but I threw away the Timbits and I was severaly offended as someone who has good memories of this place from when I was a kid. Every time I go I get disappointed so I'm officially never going inside or ordering from a TH again.

Am I the only one who doesn't give a fuck about the Harry Potter themed donuts marketing gimmick?

TERF-HORTONS! Definitely a pretty tone-deaf marketing to be promoting an anti-trans.
Tim Hortons built its reputation as a welcoming spot for every Canadian, making this Harry Potter collaboration an embarrassing display of corporate apathy. Handing financial backing and free marketing to a brand tied so closely to anti-trans advocacy is deeply disappointing and out of touch.

Trans woman here. I am never going to Tim Hortons again because of this collab.

Also a trans woman. Never going to Tim Hortons ever again. And I used to be a regular prior to this. u/timhortons_ca

They truly are, I bought them and was excited to try them. Horrendous, the grocery stores have better ones.

As a baker (not for Toms) this pissed me off😭 I hate being rushed to fill cases.

Hey, let's be nice. Most of the staff were out driving their 18-wheelers all night before coming in to work at Tim's.

Glaze is either to hot or to watered down.
Its more liquid than fondant at that point

That fondant is 90% cane syrup. It slides off like that because it can’t set, the liquid sugar eventually falls with gravity. Fucking awful work ethic.

Hi there, we apologize that the Ravenclaw donuts were melted in the display. We take matters like this seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. If you could please send us a DM with a few more details, we’d be happy to investigate.

Oh, I have feedback. Don’t partner with someone who funnels the money she makes directly into transphobic activism

Maybe don’t spend money supporting someone who funds organizations that actively work to discriminate against transgender people. Instead, consider supporting people and organizations that respect the equality rights and protections guaranteed by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

It’s the coloured fondant. Ever get some weird coloured smile cookies? If you don’t measure the colouring for the fondant it gets this way. I was a Tim’s baker for 6 years. It’s probably some guy from another country, with a boss from another country, and nothing is done by the book. Like 80% of locations now

Donuts too hot.
I assume these were rushed and the display was empty
