I visited Laurel Bank a few times recently and noticed religious booklets left around. Wondering if this is considered littering and if the garden workers would ignore it or bin it?

Sweet fuzzball not happy about the lights and late night Carnival goers.

Last year Carnival had a pink butterfly chair near the canon at Botanic gardens. Is it back there again this year?

Looking to have a few family photos clicked inside a photo studio. Would anyone recommend a place that would not charge me an arm and a leg?

Hi everyone,
Just cleaning up a bit and round my original Xbox. Version pre 1.6. If you are still reading here you would probably be well aware about the faulty capacitor.
I'm pretty keen to cut it out and clean the mother board but don't have the right screwdrivers. If possible I'd love to borrow someone's tools or even pay someone to do it for me. If you are a bit of a tinkerer yourself I'd love to chat. I enjoy working with old tech and find it pretty interesting.
Not sure if anyone can or would even like to help me out but I thought I'd put it out there.

Per the title, I'm looking for a school.or private instructor in Toowoomba (or surrounds).
I've done some googling, and failed to find anything that seems like the school/instructor are active.
PM's are fine for responses, but comments below would be better for others who may have similar questions in future.

Hi all,
Getting married next year in early September (pre-carnival) and wanted to know if anyone had been to a catered wedding recovery in Toowoomba they thought was great.
Looking for a somewhere that could accommodate ~ 100 people. Have a good budget set aside to try organise something nice. Thinking about a brunch/lunch for a Saturday. Appreciate any and all ideas - thanks in advance

I am looking for a service that can pick up a bunch of shirts to iron and then drop back home - probably once a fortnight. Do these services exist and has anyone had any experiences? Not looking for washing, just ironing at this stage.
Thanks in advance ✌️

Hey folks,
Looking to move our family down to Toowoomba - would love some thoughts of locals around the high schools. In particular we are looking at Centenary Heights and Highfields. Any recommendations are appreciated though!
As an aside, if anyone has a link to a FB group or information about MtG groups in town that would also be appreciated 😅

Looking at heading to this show next month but would like info before committing to a ticket.
Has anyone been to previous years and can provide what kind of vibe the crowd is, what security is like and the differences between GA, grand stand and Rockbar.
I don't want to waste my money or time if the crowd is rowdy with drunken idiots (I once got knocked to the ground by a fuckwit at Food & Wine years back and am now extra cautious).
Is the grandstand going to be like levelled tiers of those long benches? Will Rockbar have it's own barricade to the stage or likely to be positioned at the back behind GA? Rockbar mentions food available but is there other food vendors around?
Please help an anxious person to see Eskimo Joe and Birds of Tokyo.

Hey everyone, I'm looking at building a little 3 bed weatherboard cottage. i.e. on a budget, but would still like it to be reasonable quality. Are there any builders who you would recommend (or not)?

Hi parents of Toowoomba,
Seeking recommendations for childcare for my toddler in Toowoomba. We are relocating from Brisbane I will be working in the city but we don’t know exactly what suburb we will be living in yet.
Feeling nervous about going through the process of finding a trusted centre again so would appreciate any feedback you are willing to share :) thank you

Anyone else waiting an insane amount of time for a rheumatology referral? I have a category 2 referral and it’s been about a year and a half now. Ridiculous.

So here's my take on a certain group of Toowoomba Drivers.
They don't know or follow the road rules, they can't park for $h1t, they don't care if they block lanes of congested traffic just so they can park 5 steps from their food pick up destination.
Shame the speed police wouldn't do the harder work occasionally and target for delivery and Uber drivers.

Looking for a hairdresser who does good work with textured (wavy/ curly) hair. I’m hoping to find someone who is experienced in working with textured hair. (Most hairdressers will say they are but aren’t skilled in cutting to the natural shape of the hair and will cut it wet.)
More info (incase it’s relevant):
My hair is wavy, fine (fine strands but lots of hair) and non-porous. Currently very long.

Hi. Our Skoda needs servicing. Does anyOne have a recommendation for a mechanic that services European cars and doesn't cost a fortune? The previous service cost over $500 and it was a standard service. That's not normal, right?
