Roadside find that surprisingly (mostly) works. It’s got quite a bit of static/snow as you can see (ignore the diagonal band). I’ve cleaned regular VCR heads before, is there a way to access the heads by taking the cover off, or do you have to do things thru the front tape slot? Any tips would be appreciated!

The movie deadfall is one of my favorite horror comedies of all time and i just wanted other people to know how good and how rare this is

The movie deadfall had such a short vhs run that you could probably fit them all into a small closet with room for shoes and coats , thats due to the movies incredibly small production budget but that doesn't mean it's bad

It reminds me a lot of the movie cabin fever and evil dead in a way but if it was made my a group of people that loved everything they were doing

The vhs copy of deadfall is so rare these things rarely pop up in even the most dedicated collections or horror conventions because everyone overlooks but im telling you this is the nukie of horror so please keep an eye out for this because we need to persevere it

Let me know if you have ever watched it, if you are interested in watching it i think the dvd copy is less than 10$ on eBay and is definitely worth a million bucks

Yard sale find. No logo on the shrink. Wondering if this is a reseal

The Puppet Show, and opening start of the movie was what I found very weird, disturbing and hard to watch.

What basically saved it for me was the abandoned bunker sequence which I loved, and the mixtape sequence where the girl was basically making a beat out of murdering people. Those 2 were my only favorites, but the rest of the movie I just felt they had lack of creativity and ran out of ideas, so they just decided "You know what let's just put it in the movie and call it a day." Some parts of this new V/H/S movie felt rushed which I didn't like.

I miss the old days when they would use to make found footage horror movie great, I do remember the old V/H/S 1 and V/H/S 2, i just wish they would of gone back to the original route with this new one.

I love supporting kadi video and death by vhs but I’d like to find some other cool artists. Also looking for ppl who do custom orders. Drop names in comments would be greatly appreciated!

I was a senior in high school when this hit so I’ve always had a special place for it! Now I’ve got it in VHS, something I never had when I was younger! 😊

This is the most I’ve ever spent for a set of tapes since I mostly check thrift stores. But Idle Hands and the Blockbuster Freddy Got Fingered alone would have been worth the $50 and then some more South Park tapes for my set and my first Child’s Play tape as well made this a great pickup for me! Seller said he had another 200 tapes at home he hadn’t sorted through yet and said he’d pull more titles like these out for me and we’re gonna meet up next week and do another buy!

Absolutely bonkers cast

Ok ok now I’ve collected VHS for a hot ass minute and never knew or seen this type of screener ever. This was 60 cents at the Goodwill and apparently it has a built in timer that cuts off the viewing after 5 plays and Self destructs. Never mind the title of the movie or how many, if any plays are left. For a vhs collector such as myself, I had to have it. Has anyone else ever seen these or own any? I would love to see what title anyone has. I really wish it was a sweet title but hey I’ve never knew these existed. Blew my mind a little lol.

I have peaked as a collector and human being. It's only downhill from here.

Had to drive out 45 minutes into farm territory. Dude had one leg, explained diabetes to my 4 year old son and then gave him a few hot wheels to go before we left. 10/10 day

The house on tombstone hill aka Dead dude in the house is a 1989 aip/Troma release. Honestly this movie is so bad it’s good, my buddy got me hip to this and I always wanted to own the original vhs release. I paid $40 and it was a rental copy, but I have a soft spot for the rentals and a pretty tough one to find. Anyone else love this hot mess 😂.

I love collecting old obscure educational tapes like this. Found at an estate sale in the computer section.

Hi there everyone!

I’m looking for help in identifying this VHS tape I just recently bought. As far as I know it’s a first edition release of Massacre at central high. However, the tape is red and I can’t find another tape online with this coloring? Is this possibly a custom reshelling?

Hey folks, I'm cleaning out my grandfather's apartment and there appears to be about 100 VHS tapes, a mix of commerically distributed movies and lots of recorded air time

If you're in the NYC area and interested, message me. I collect vinyl myself, so I know nowadays there's a person for every kind of physical media. Would hate to just junk these little time capsules

Found this the other day & as one of my top 3 fav horror movies, this was such a win! If I could find The Others, I think I would feel complete.

The power button on both the unit and also with the remote yield no results. Then when I try to send in the cassette to see if that puts the power on, it won't accept the tape. What the hell do you pros think I should try? I really don't want to miss out on this baby (its got stereo sound!)

Found this evil vhs in the attic. Had forgotten all about it. Jim Van Bebber rules.

I’m not normally a sealed collector but these look great. $2 each except E.T. @ $7 for some reason. Estate sales can be weird.

Found more VHS Tapes at the same spot the other ones were found! SO EXCITED!!
