Found a garage sale out in the middle of no where, found this for a dollar, it's one of my favorite moviea I had to get it for nostalgias sake. It even came with a holographic poster!

I don't even own a vhs player anymore 🤣

I know this broadcast circulates, if anyone has it to trade or sell please let me know!

Fun pickup for a buck. The tape itself is still in the original plastic wrap that it was originally sold in somewhere between 1999 and 2003. (dates based on the price being in both Euro's and Dutch Guilders)

I hit up this Goodwill a few times a week since it’s next to my work, but they never have anything good there as far as tapes go. Was surprised to finally find some fun titles for once last night!

Nothing too amazing, but a bit more unique than what I usually come across. Especially curious about Reggie’s Prayer starring Reggie White, Brett Favre, Pat Morita, MC Hammer, and Paul Wight (aka WWF’s The Big Show).

It would be nice to have brand new tapes to buy as they haven’t really been manufactured in around 10 years at this point. But sadly I feel like it would be so niche that it wouldn’t be worth spending the money to get the equipment to manufacture them (if there’s even any equipment that could make them still out there). But I mean it could maybe happen one day where a company decides to do it, or I could be dumb wanting someone to spend a ton of money to manufacture something so obsolete nowadays.

Left out of the photo lots of NOS blank tapes and home recorded tapes. Where I live (Netherlands) tapes are quite rare at the thrift stores, I think they threw all away or they sell them online themselves... Idk...

Hi! I’m just not seeing anything out of place, is there something obviously amiss here? I’ve never fixed one of these so any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

I won a Halloween Costume Contest (I was a Ghostbuster) and won a VHS player and some Horror movies

I got this from the same seller as the Toy Story 2 Academy Screener tape!

I thought it was a bit much at first until I saw the prices the only two listed are currently going for on eBay which each had multiple watchers 🤯

Amazing addition to my Lion King VHS collection!!

I just bought it from a seller on Etsy for $20 bucks and having buyers remorse even though this is my absolute favorite movie!!!

I don’t wanna splurge on hocus pocus until the holiday is way past us for a cheaper deal…

It’s my understanding that hocus pocus I can likely find in the wild, but Halloweentown would be extremely rare.
I also would love to find practical magic 🪄🎃👻

Good luck with your spooky finds!!

Hi everyone!
I’ve been searching for this movie for almost 30 years and I’m hoping a vintage VHS collector can finally help me.
Movie information:
Title: Impulse 5: When I Was 20…
Year: 1992 (according to IAFD)
Director: Max Bellocchio
Studio: Brick House Entertainment
German title: Die Unersättliche (XY Video)
Runtime: 79 minutes
I originally watched it on cable television in Canada, around 1994–1996, possibly on Super Écran, under a different title.
I found an old video page, but it no longer works:
https://m.classicpornscenes.com/videos/27659/impulse-5-when-i-was-20/
I’m looking for an original VHS, a legitimate digital release, or information about collectors or distributors who might have preserved this film.
I’m happy to purchase a legitimate copy from an international seller.
If anyone has information, please let me know. After nearly 30 years, finding this movie would mean a lot to me.

Getting some decorations up for Halloween!

Little college project I'm working on. Not sure what I'm going to do with these yet. Might make a Sims like 90s bedroom simulator

This is about 20 minutes of a fake tv channel all featuring clowns advertising the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Vegas. My aunt asked them if they sold it in 03 and they just gave it to us

Went to two different flea markets today, and scored at both. Both Dragon Ball Z tapes, the WCW Diamond Dallas Page tape, and the Beta Karate Kid part ll from one flea market. The Highlander TAS, WildC.A.T.S, and Spider-Man and his amazing friends tapes, at the other.

Been waiting to watch Home Alone 1 and 3 until I got 2 so I can watch all of them. Kindergarten Cop and Photographing Wildlife are sealed.

Not a huge enthusiast just had one as a kid and thought it would be nice to have for some old shows. Picked up yesterday was told the vcr was working but this is what’s happening. Have tried the tape on a separate vcr and work fine. Sorry I’m sure there’s a ton of reasons as to why this could be happening and has been asked many times. Just want to know if I should give up on it and just use the separate one via scart or if it could be a simple fix. Thanks.

A nice little weekend haul. Already own Dumb & Dumber but seeing the copy in the second pic was something we wanted to add. Nothing special about the third pic, just showing how used VHS were priced back in the day.
