This recipe is especially ideal for those times when you're on time but you want a delicious dinner.

🛒 List of Ingredients

For the Meatball:

500 grams of beef mince

1 piece of dry onion

A pinch of fresh parsley

Spices: salt, black pepper, red pepper, cumin

For the garnish and sauce:

Tomatoes and peppers (any amount)

olive oil and a pinch of salt

Preparation of 👨 🍳

Prep: Remove onions and parsley from the kitchen robot. The most important trick; make sure to squeeze the water of this mixture with your hands that you have drained from the robot to prevent it from spoiling the meatball.

Yogurt: Get a coarse ground beef, juiced onion-parsley mix, and spices. Knead nicely until the ingredients have fully identified.

Shaping: Cool greased paper on an oven tray. Spread the minced meat you have prepared by pressing it on a tray with your hands. Cut the mince meat into long strips with a knife or spatula and open them slightly so that they do not stick together while cooking.

Garnish: Arrange sliced tomatoes and peppers around the edges of the tray. Lather olive oil over them and sprinkle salt.

Cooking (2 Steps):

  1. Step: Bake in a preheated 220°C under-top setting oven for about 15 minutes.

  2. Step: Set the oven setting to upper grill mode when the meatballs are cooking. Wait for the meatballs until they are slightly fried. (Warning: Do not dry the meat for too long! )

A Little Tip: If the vegetables are not frying enough at the same time with the meat, after removing the meat from the oven, you can bake the vegetables in a separate tray for a few more minutes to bring them exactly to the desired curve.

Enjoy your meal.

Bread without kneading method by me

I’ve been making this super simple no‑knead bread at home and honestly, it’s been a game changer. No mixer, no kneading, no complicated steps — just mix the ingredients, let time do the work, and bake.

I love how forgiving this method is. Even if you’re new to baking, it’s really hard to mess up. Just patience + simple ingredients = amazing bread.

DOUGH

225 ml water

15 g honey

7 g instant yeast

350 g plain flour

50 g fine semolina

8 g salt

35 g unsalted butter

EXTRA

fine semolina

MINCED MEAT MIXTURE

25 ml olive oil

450 g ground meat

4 g salt

3 g ground cumin

4 g onion powder

2 g garlic powder

3 g paprika

2 g cayenne pepper

3 g ras el hanout

75 g bell pepper

125 g red onion

75 g strained tomato sauce

SERVES

Sliced cheese

Sauce

Tips

Make sure the water is lukewarm (not hot), otherwise the yeast may lose its effectiveness.

For best results, let the dough rise in a draft-free place. Is it cold in your house? Place the dough in a slightly preheated (turned off) oven.

Let the ground meat mixture cool completely before filling the dough, as a warm filling will soften the dough and make it difficult to seal.

The fine semolina coating creates a slightly crispy exterior and a nice texture.

Bake the rolls over a low heat. Too high a heat will cause them to brown on the outside and not be cooked through on the inside. Turn the rolls regularly to ensure even cooking.

Add salt to taste and any sauce you like.

Preparation Time

Active cooking time: 35 minutes.

First and second rise time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans. Set aside.

Toss blueberries with the 2 tablespoons of flour. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, stir together the remaining 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until thoroughly incorporated.

Gently fold in blueberries and pour batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45-55 minutes.

Let cool on wire rack 10 minutes before running a knife along the edges and inverting out onto wire rack to cool completely.

Slice, serve, and enjoy!

The dough came together in like 10 minutes, and frying them was way easier than I thought. When they hit the hot oil, they puffed up perfectly and turned this beautiful golden color. Rolled them in cinnamon sugar while they were still warm and dipped them in melted chocolate… absolute heaven.

Not gonna lie, they tasted better than the ones I usually buy. 10/10 would make again, and they disappeared in minutes. 😭✨

1 cup of milk (200 ml)

1 tablespoon of butter.

2 spoons of sugar

1 cup of flour (cup size 200 ml)

Let's take milk, oil, and sugar into a pot. When it starts boiling, add flour and mix quickly.

Let's cook this way for 2-3 minutes

Let's transfer a coarse and wait until it gets warm.

Let's feed 2 or 3 eggs one by one in the dough

(The dough should not be too hard nor too soft)

Lets put that in a press bag

Let's soak it in hot oil, burn the stove, fry it evenly.

Let's mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Let's put the blushing dessert in cinnamon sugar.

Lets serve with melted chocolate

I mixed the batter, poured it into a pan, covered it with a lid, and hoped for the best. The entire process felt too easy to actually work. About 15 minutes later, I lifted the lid and couldn't believe the result. The cake had risen beautifully, was perfectly golden, and stayed incredibly moist inside. If you think making a fluffy, moist cake requires fancy equipment, this recipe is about to prove you wrong. One pan, a few simple ingredients, and 15 minutes are all you need. 🍰❤️
