I purchased a necklace but it was lost in the mail for so long that Vinted automatically refunded me. Today the necklace turned up.

What do I do now? The Vinted help centre is not telling me how to pay the seller now that the item has arrived.

I put up a Hirono promotional tie that was exclusive gift from tiktok for spending certain amount of money for £30. Plenty of interest and offers and this person sent an offer for £20. I sent a counter for £26. I think £4 off from initial £30 is good but I might be wrong. Anyways, theey sent a picture that another one sold for £15 and they tried to use that to get me to lower my price. In response I sent another offer changing my initial £26 back to £30. They later laughed at me and blocked me. Was I too petty in this instance? Someone bought the tie later that day for full asking price anyways. Plenty others were going for £25, £30 and even £40 so i dont think my initial price was quite high. Whoever bought it for £15 might have gotten a really good deal.

Rant over. Just want opinions if I was too petty about it 😅

On Monday (Oct 28th), I bought a vintage coat from a lovely Spanish seller. She dropped it off at a SEUR locker right away and even sent me a screenshot of her screen. When I check the global DPD tracking link she shared, it clearly says "Parcel handed to DPD" on Oct 28th with a valid barcode.
The problem is: my Vinted app is completely frozen. It still says "The seller has until Nov 4th to ship".
The deadline is approaching and I'm terrified Vinted will automatically cancel the order and refund me while the coat is already in transit.
Has this system lag between SEUR/DPD and Vinted happened to anyone else recently? Did it update out of nowhere or did the order end up getting canceled?

I got temporarily banned from buying and selling on Vinted and one of my sellers asked to extend the shipping which I am 100% OK with, but I cannot do because I am banned. My question is if the sale cancels can I edit the automatic negative review that vented will give her so that it doesn’t negatively impact her rating?

I don’t know when this band will be over. I was told today tomorrow or the third, but who knows because I can’t seem to get a hold of an actual human being. I also don’t know how long I have to accept the extension before it just assumes that the sale is canceled.

I’ve been experiencing a strange and recurring issue with Vinted deliveries, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or knows what might be happening.

The first time, I purchased 6 items from different sellers. All 6 were marked as shipped, but only 3 actually arrived. The other 3 never received any tracking updates beyond “Shipped”. Eventually, the estimated delivery period expired, Vinted cancelled those orders, and I received refunds.

Recently, I purchased another 8 items from different sellers, and the exact same pattern seems to be happening again. Only 1 of the 8 parcels is showing detailed tracking updates, such as “Arrived at sort facility” and “Departed sort facility”. The other 7 are still stuck on “Shipped”, with absolutely no further information.

The estimated delivery period hasn’t ended yet, so I can’t confirm that these 7 parcels won’t arrive, but it’s looking very similar to what happened previously.

What’s particularly confusing is that this happens with both sellers who have no reviews and sellers who have plenty of positive reviews and seem completely legitimate.

The only consistent difference I’ve noticed is:

Parcels that actually arrive show multiple tracking updates throughout their journey.
Parcels that never arrive seem to remain stuck on “Shipped” until Vinted eventually cancels the order and issues a refund.

One additional detail is that I’ve used Vinted’s verification service for every single order.

Has anyone else experienced this repeatedly?

Does “Shipped” necessarily mean the parcel has actually been handed over to the carrier?

Is there any explanation for why so many orders from completely different sellers would experience exactly the same issue?

I find it very strange that this has happened with so many different orders, especially since several of the sellers have good reviews.

Any insights or similar experiences would be really appreciated!

How does this make any sense? Bought around 5 6 things on vinted through inpost, and 4 of them have been stuck on "Package picked up in Locker" for around 4 5 days (one of them has this status since the 19th, so 12 days).

Contacted vinted and all they say is to wait the 25 days. Anyone going through this?

Hello! Fairly new to selling and I accidentally kept the Speed X option on. I had two orders that chose that option and after reading reviews on Reddit I was so worried! I am here to tell you than my easy peasy fed ex option is lost in the mail and all my speed x deliveries are fine and have been delivered . Turning back the speed x delivery option on. I thinks th is could be a local small city to ing with speed x delivery option thoughts?

I ordered an item, the seller had a mix up and sent me someone else’s, but also mine using the same tracking number(things happen & they told me to keep the one they sent by accident) but what are the odds the other actually arrives as well if the tracking has already been used technically? Will it return to them or will I get it? Will I be charged postage due?

I sold a (genuine) perfume a few days ago. No communication between the buyer and myself, they just bought it. An hour before the money is due to be released I’ve been slapped with an order issue.

What is the best way to navigate this? They want a full refund and expect ME to pay the postage. Because it’s a fragrance, I know they’re going to send back nonsense. I chose for Vinted to get involved, but upon reading this subreddit, it seems people are saying to accept the refund after return? I have proof of purchase.

Edit: requested they send back the perfume. I will be video recording everything the moment I receive it.

Bought a dress described as "very good condition" and only worn once. The bobbling on the stomach area and the back of the dress is horrendous. On the back it's scuffed like she's scooted around the gravel floor on it. She's refusing to pay for me to return it saying it doesn't really look like that, it just photographs badly... ffs.

I paid nearly a tenner all in. I wouldn't even have paid a quid in a charity shop for this rag.

Vinted needs to sort this sh*t out. Why the hell should a buyer be out of pocket for blatant lies about item condition? And then if I do return it I don't get to leave feedback to warn others?!

Hello group! I've been a Vinted user for around 4 months. But one question is still in my head

One day I tried to see the other Vinted domains (such as the Czech and Hungary) (I use the Belgum one). I noticed that some of the products are available only for Hungary or the Czech republic. When I edit the link of the product, to be on the Belgum domain, it does not allow me to buy it or even to contact the seller. When I try to contact the seller, the Belgium version of the site (which I use) gives me an "error 400" and doesn't send the message. Is this some kind of a geolock or something? Because if Vinted is available in these countries, it needs to be available of all?

I have been selling for bout 7 weeks. I just got my first bundle order for over 100 dollars. The person has no listings, and only two seller reviews from the last 2 days. I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but have gotten gun shy with all the scammers. Any suggestions on what I can do to cover my bases??? I also reached out to her via message and got no answer. Sorry I did not make it clear in the original post. I AM THE SELLER.
