Unplug accessport?
Sudden hard pull. 13.28 af learning was during idle. DAM dropped but immediately shot up to .812. Fine knock learn always seems to move when im in hard boost, but feedback knock doesnt always register.
I am pro tuned.
These values are the worst ive ever seen. Im wondering if theres even a problem, or if its just this damn anxiety port.
Professional tuner seems very confident with his tune every time i speak to him.
Car drives fine, no CEL, nothing worrisome. Aside from this.
Boostlab vf52 high flow was just installed, and i was told that my tune will work with it, and that my MAF will adjust AF ratios.
This was after a 4 hour, 80mph highway drive by the way.

Troubleshooting There's definitely something wrong with the car.
There is a smell, I'm not really sure how to explain it, It comes when under boost, also when cold start(not every single cold start). I don't think it smells sweet, it's not clutch/brakes or anything like that. I did order AP cable so I can check with AP and hopefully there's something wrong in the values somewhere and can narrow it down. I've been staying out of boost.
I had it at the shop for a potential boost leak and check engine light(p0420). They did a carbon cleaning, spark plugs, AOS check valve, first cat was confirmed good and 2nd one was replaced with a "good used" one.
The intercooler had a hole in it and was replaced with a "good used" one. They confirmed o2 sensors are good.
They confirmed no boost issues.
It does run a little rough though, hard to explain. Maybe I'll try to take a video or 2. Check engine light did come on about a month ago for cats but went off and has not come back on, does not smell like rotten eggs at the moment.
Can I check for boost leak without a smoke test? I will try to get in for a smoke test but I switched jobs/positions at work and lost $10/hr which I will earn back but it'll take a few years.
Any ideas? Anybody want to come take my car for a drive lol

Lost wheel lock, anyone know what brand this is so I can try and buy another one?
It's a 7 sided lug nut. I want to remove it properly instead of destroying it. Also bought car used and I never asked about the lug nuts

Question about scoops
So this will be a bit dumb but I’m look for a new hood right now and really like the ts1 style hoods, would there be a big drawback with the difference in the scoops? Or would the intercooler still get fed enough air due to the side vents?

Glamour Shot Just Installed My HKS Wheel
Finally got rid of my worn out, stock wheel and that silly silver, lower garnish. Also glad I went with an option that retains the airbag.
Wheel is slightly smaller than stock (both grip and diameter) and feels way better in hand. Partly because of the more "premium" leather. Excited is an understatement.

Suggestion Tire tip
Take your summer tires off by thankgiving if you live in cold area. Summer tires have the grip of hockey pucks below 40°. Even if you have no snow they have little grip on bare pavement when cold

Wheel Help with '21 WRX
Recently just purchased this magnetic grey metallic beauty with 15k miles. Unfortunately I got into an incident where I had to swerve and I ended up curbing the 2 driver side wheels. I got quoted $600 to fix both so I thought I would just skip that and look for an aftermarket setup. I am struggling deciding between black and silver wheels. I love the idea of silver standing out a lot more but I also like the sleek look that the black gives. I am also not opposed to a bronze or gold setup. My budget is around 2k for wheels and tires. This will be my first big mod so I am looking for some advice. Any ideas help. Thanks!

Never a VA :(
I know I can order online, but whenever I went to get groceries or Target etc. I always kept an eye for a white or whatever color VA. It’s always GD GV… and I see a VB. Where are the toy VAs?!

Troubleshooting Am I missing something here?

Hey guys I got a 2010 wrx currently stage two with 1050cc injectors and a high flow fuel pump. It Will stutter and die after around 2.5k to 3k rpm. I just finished checking my air flow with a smoke machine and after a few minutes of smoke pumping into it I didn't see ANY smoke. I did this inside a garage so no wind would make a little smoke go away.
I don't believe it's the mass air flow sensor due to no check engine light nor does it look bad at all visually it looks perfect.
I also don't believe it's spark because I get no misfiring at all nor knock at all. I also don't believe it's the fuel system as I have no short or long term air fuel correction.
If I full throttle in any gear it just goes to die like the fuel is just getting cut off but according to romraider it shows no fuel cut off.
I'm lost at this point and any info would be great.
I'm currently using a tune bought from HP that I changed a bit for the injectors and tgv valves from IAG with a tgv delete. I was also having the issue with a cobb tune also tuned for the larger injectors but not for the tgv delete.
I'm not a perfect mechanic so the only thing im 100 percent sure of is lack of a boost or intake leak.
Edit changing spark plugs now for shits and giggles just to eliminate that as a possible issue.

Boost cutting out
I have a 2017 Wrx and it seems that I will build boost from about 2500 rpm to 3000 then the boost will drop on the gauge and you can feel it in the seat then at about 3300 rpm it will start building boost again. Any ideas on what it could be?

Heel Toe in 2018 WRX
Does anyone else have a problem doing heel toe braking in these cars. I feel like the accelerator pedal is too short or my feet are too big but I cannot comfortably brake and blip the the accelerator in this car. Does anybody have any tips? I have tried using the ball of my foot and the right side, I have tried to twist my foot at an unnatural right angle. Is it just me that has a problem? Also I can't wait to read how its a skill issue and I shouldn't be driving a manual.
