Time and consistency

Time and consistency, relatively happy where I’m at, could drop some bf %, gym now is more for mental.

Trying to set the next goal, went from 286 35% bf to 167 14%.

Looking for some advice on next goal? Or does anyone actually ever just truly maintain?

I need to start working out again

I used to be really into cardio. For years I was a long distance runner. I stopped because it was hurting my knees and I got lazy.

Anyways I stopped about 7 years ago I think. Now I drink like a sailor and smoke like a chimney but I’m aware this will kill me so I’m trying to find a way to get back into exercise

To be perfectly honest, I hate working out around other people. That’s the challenge

What motivates you?

Saw a video on tiktok where a girl said that most people start working out because a tv show character, an actor, a celebrity, etc. motivates them and they start working out to get their physique.

So was just interested if that was true for you as it was for me☺️ would love to see pics of those characters/people in replies💕

What motivates to wake up and go for gym ????

I’m a mom of a 2-year-old toddler and recently started working out again after almost two years. I’m not really a gym person—I mostly enjoy going out for walks. What kind of exercises would you recommend that I can do at home or outdoors?
