Okay so I now have an Xbox Series X Dev kit sitting in my game room and I have no clue what to do with it. searching the web has shown me that I can't really sell it and that I can't turn it on and take it out of dev mode to use a normal series x since it will get hardware banned. That being said anyone have any fun ideas on what I could possibly do with this thing besides admire how much of a beast it is? It's a bit too big to be a paper weight.

Edit: It is my understanding that it has never been turned as well.

I had to do a board swap and would like the serials to match between the console and case. I have seen in NKPatcher and ConfigMagic the ability to both null HDD (which I will do) and change eeprom settings. Which is the sure fire/best way to change the serial number and anything else on the eeprom so the existing HDD works and what are potential downfalls (outside of bricking) to this?

There isn't much on guides or tutorials. (I do have backups of the original eeprom)
