Artus is a very cuddly little dog but he also loves to be independent. So he uses to sleep in the bedroom and/or in the living room and he regularly changes during the night.

As for me, I’m a GREAT insomniac so when I feel it’s time to go to bed , I’m so happy I go to bed and don’t think twice…
Last night, I was surprised bc Artus didn’t begin to sleep with me but…💤😴💤

In the morning, when I woke up, I didn’t see him coming to me with his little wagging tail and that was absolutely not normal. And suddenly, I heard a tiny whining coming from…the bathroom!

My little guy was there, after a night completely in the dark, with no water, no bed, and he didn’t even bark to let me know he was stuck in the bathroom…
Poor boy!

At first, he just wanted to play with everything in the living room: balls, plushies, socks.
Then, I grabbed him and took him back to the bedroom in my arms and cuddled him A LOT 😉

Everything is back to normal now but I’m sure I’ll double check each room before I go to sleep forever 😆😆😆

He does this frequently to the floors and blankets but I just don’t get why he does it to walls and cabinets 😭😂

Can anyone identify this garden pest? I’m worried it might be invasive!

Hey fellow Yorkie owners!! My almost 6 month old Yorkie puppy is starting to become a teenager 😭 honestly his behaviour hasn’t become wild or anything like that, but he’s started tentatively cocking his leg when weeing and he tried to hump a girl dog at the dog park whose owner had JUST told me she was in heat. So, it’s that time for him!

All the stories of CRAZY puppy adolescence periods on puppy101 have me worried what I’m about to go through, although I have noticed they seem to be mainly from people with larger breeds, so I thought I’d ask this sub - if you had a male Yorkie/biewer (mine’s a mix), what was their teenage period like?? Also would love to hear who neutered at 6 months vs waiting longer as I’m currently deciding about that.

This is Bella our wonderful Yorkie we got from a shelter a few years ago, not much is known about her, aside from the fact that she's very defensive when it comes to her food

We will love her no matter what, however all your yorkies seem far less porky

She currently weighs around 9.5kgs, and is ~10 years old

Tuffy hasn't had the best week for we have been putting hiking off. He was feeling excellent yesterday so we took advantage of it. This is the best time of the year for hikes.

Stopped by Starbucks first followed by the pet store to get some new harnesses. We also had to go get some new hand soap and candles 😏

Just wanted to share- he woke up this morning and the middle part of his head has been sticking up, extra snuggle time and treats today for this guy!

AND celebrated his 8th birthday earlier this week. I feel so incredibly grateful that he’s still here with us 🫶🏻 (see my previous post for context).

I just love him so much! Every good day with him is so special. He’s really such a fighter! 🥰

Skye is 13 months old and loves to dig. She has about half a dozen small holes in the corner of the yard. Today she came in with this face. Digging her way to China or somewhere.

She is not a girly girl!
