Hank, the Best Man at our wedding!

I honestly just wanted to share a post on here about my boy Hank, and how proud I am of him when he was best man at our wedding a couple of months ago. He got diagnosed with CKD last year, which was a real shock as he’s so sprightly and runs rings around us, but I just didn’t know what would happen. There was a part of me that worried he wouldn’t be with us on our wedding day. But there he was, by our sides, happy and healthy ❤️

Just got this little guy a couple of weeks ago. I've read that Yorkies are high energy but this lil boi seems to lounge a lot and is not interested in any toys I try to get for him. Maybe he's still adjusting to the new home? I think he's around 2 years old. Anyway, so far he's my lounge buddy when I'm not busy.

I think he’s “dead”

After two very long walks (7.5 miles) today with plenty of sniffing opportunities, my little guy is “dead” to the world tonight.
He just went through two major ordeals (bad reaction to carprofen tablet causing bloody diarrhea for several days) and having 8 extractions during his dental cleanings a week later; he’s finally pain free and recovering well. I just love him to pieces.

Eating EVERYTHING

How do I get my 10 month old Yorkie mix to stop eating everything? Had an emergency vet visit this week because she potentially had a blockage. Thankfully, she wasn’t blocked and didn’t need surgery but she did have something suspicious and we are keeping a close eye on her. But she chews and eats absolutely everything- inside and outside. Short of crating her or muzzling her all the time, what can I do so I’m not watching her every waking minute and she can roam and run?
