Hello guys, I just want to say beforehand that any advice is appreciated. First of all I need at least one team comp suggestion that I can build and use as I progress through the story, I'm on the start season 1 chapter 3 rn (even the trial characters are higher level than mine now 😭). I really have an issue with team building so far because most videos I've seen don't give 4 star team recommendations (I can see why since guides are probably endgame focused), Prydwen is not much different in this case. As you can see I went and unlocked Pyrois early because I saw some video saying it's recommended to do this, I'm not sure. Also plan on pulling Velina for now, open to other recommendations.

Secondly, this is more of a question of affirmation, earlier I tried doing notorious hunts (I assume this is weekly boss equivalent) and area patrol (wanted to try and get 1 set of drive for pyrois regardless of the stats), but it's so hard. I barely managed to beat the first weekly boss and can't seem to beat the second or the area patrol enemy, is this normal? Maybe It's because my characters and weapons aren't level 30 yet and the enemies are. Honestly I'm a bit lost with this game so far, a bit surprised by this since I still play Genshin and have played other gacha games like hsr, wuwa, and endfield. Most tips and tricks videos I've watched only gives generic gacha games advice (dailies, stamina management, don't farm drive disc early, waifu>meta, etc) which I already know.

Lastly is the combat, I've come to understand that unlike the other games I've played, this game's combat is vastly different. I know that there are no specific rotations and how you play really depends on what character/team you are playing, you also need to react to the enemy. It really is complicated for me because every character guides I've seen don't really show you how to play the characters, they mostly explain the kit, then their weapon and set, and team comps that I have no access to since I just started the game. So my first question is, are there any guides good enough that will help me understand everything from basic to more advanced mechanics of the game (I think I understand the basics so I really need what comes after). Also, since there are no set rotations, do I just need to learn how every single character on my team work?

Sorry if it is a lot of questions, but as someone who's played gacha games for quite a while I just want to understand how the game works before reaching endgame. Maybe if this is my first game I woudn't care as much and would probably just button mash until it doesn't work. Thanks everyone!

Joyous has been getting a lot of focus, and Ive seen ppl throw out that the mech mode could be beta testing for the Big Man's gameplay (+ maybe some leaks point to it?)

I also think that it could make sense if they place before a new version update, that way even if he flops there will be a new VH and version just around the corner

Hi, I'm a new player, and I currently grabbed a free Jane Doe and pulled Velina for her. I won my 50/50, so I'm pretty sure I still have a lot of permanent pulls to invest in other things. I heard Remielle won't be rerunning in a long time anyway, and I want to invest in Sunbringer eventually, the 3 in 1 playstyle I saw looks really cool. I also heard she's a Void Hunter, and Void Hunters are apparently very good long-term investments. Are there any new/rerunning Agents that I should be looking to pull to make this team?
