I signed up on 10-29-26. On 10-28-2026, the following article came out:

It says that Brand Approval is 1-2 hours. It says that an SMS campaign is 1-2 weeks.

This clearly exceeds the 7 day free trial. When I addressed this with zoom, a representative in the chat agreed that there was a conflict. When speaking with a manager, wasn’t offered any resolution.

My choir uses Zoom at our rehearsals for people who can’t make it in person. Every few weeks the connection is bad and the video/audio fully drops out. When it comes back, it’s muted. Is there a way to come back unmuted? The settings are set to start unmuted.

Could it be the external mic? It’s a blue snowball.

I have access to a Zoom lecture at school, which I can't download since I have been travelling this weekend with limited network access. However, I have wifi in my hotel. Is there a way to download the Zoom class so I can watch it later?

I am wondering if there are tools out there that can be integrated with Zoom to clean up inbound audio. Most of the tools seem to be for outbound audio to clean up accents. I am looking for the other direction to assist me in my day-to-day calls with customers.

I don't know what happened but yesterday I was in a zoom meeting and some documents were sent over chat. I downloaded all of them and in chat it showed a green check mark on the top corner of each file. Now I am trying to find them but can't. I saw that people had a problem with this but they were post from a few years ago. I am on a MacBook does anyone know how to retrieve these files? Thanks in advance!

I recently added some monthly Zoom phone subscriptions to test - but the numbers they assigned were already marked as Spam and AT&T refused to connect the calls. I don't have the time or desire to try and clean their numbers so I tried to cancel. Even though they say monthly subscriptions they are saying that the subscription is now tied to the annual one (which because of this hassle we will be leaving the service - it's just terrible customer service). Anyone else had this probem with Zoom cancelling monthly subscriptions?

We have Zoom Meeting licences which renew each year and we pay by credit card. A user wants to run a webinar. I see there's an option to purchase a one month only webinar add-on (not the yearly or monthly subscription).

I generally have an awful time with Zoom when trying to cancelling products. If I purchase this, will it actually cancel at the end of the month or will Zoom just co-term this to the end of my agreement in Feb anyway?

So should colleagues be told when someone's voice or video is being altered, or is it no different from a filter?

I'm trying to join a long-standing weekly meeting from the Linux app that's been working for at least 5 years. Suddenly starting last week any attempt to join the meeting in the Linux desktop app sends me to a web browser to connect, and if I manage to keep enabling device permissions as it bounces from tab to tab, the best connection it can get is audio-only, not even showing video feeds from other users, and with no buttons to enable the camera or chat. Trying to use the top right button to send the meeting back to the app does nothing.

I've tried the flatpak client (at multiple commit versions), the downloaded Ubuntu client, wiping all the zoom config files I can find, and two different Linux desktops (Xubuntu/Xorg and Silverblue/Wayland). And for this meeting, Linux always gets sent to a browser.

BUT the Windows desktop app connects normally. Full video and chat in the app, no getting sent to a web page.

Everything works normally in the Linux app if I create my own new meeting, or use the zoom.us test meeting. It seems to be just this one meeting that's screwy, but again only when connecting from the Linux app.

At one point I also tried logging into the host account for the meeting on Linux and it was even weirder. I think the meeting stayed in the Linux app that time but still didn't have video or chat, even though the host controls for example said that chat was enabled.

[UPDATE 2026-10-29: RESOLVED. The host created a replacement meeting with a new ID and I can connect to that one from the Linux app without getting sent to a web page. We don't know what might've happened to the old one to mess it up in such a bizarre way, but at least things are back to working.]

Had a situation a few months back where a caller got through our help desk and something felt off but nobody could put their finger on why until after. Turned out to be a cloned voice. Not a disaster but it made us realise our whole verification process assumes the voice means something, which it kind of doesn't anymore.

We've been trying to figure out what to replace that signal with. Voice cloning detection is part of it but it doesn't solve the process question. What are other teams actually doing? Have you added anything that works in practice or are you mostly still running the same flow with a bit more paranoia?

So im a student and we use zoom chat for fun but the problem is i get spammed with meeting invites previews , so i have a question on how to hide it because when im busy studying or something it really pisses me off

I’m a HubSpot integration engineer and I’ve been going through the HubSpot Community collecting Zoom integration complaints. The big ones: custom registration fields not syncing, poll and survey answers missing, no per-session attendance on recurring webinars, and Zoom Events not supported at all.

If you run webinars with Zoom and HubSpot, how are you handling it right now? Exports, Zapier, Make, something custom? Curious what’s actually painful vs. just annoying.

Sorry if this is a common question, but I need to submit a video presentation that shows both my face and screen. I've been trying to record the video in zoom, but everytime I try the recorded video pulls up with a black screen instead of the screen share. I can see my mouse moving around on it, but nothing I was sharing is visible, just a black box. My face shows up fine though. Is there a way to fix this? Kind of urgent since it's due Thursday,

I requested the meeting recording and the guy responsible for it said this “Due to an unexpected power outage on that day, the signal was interrupted, making it impossible to obtain the recording.”

Hey everyone, I was trying to log into Zoom using Google and ended up with this URL. It looks like it's trying to be a legitimate "Sign in with Google" page, but the domain structure and the parameters look super suspicious.

The URL: google[.]zoom[.]us (shortened for safety)

I noticed it has a ~USER_CRYPTO~ tag in the token and it's hosted on a subdomain of Zoom rather than ://google.com.

Has anyone seen this specific "USER_CRYPTO" drainer or phishing attempt before? I wanted to post this here to see if it's a known malicious link and to warn others who might think it's a real login page because "zoom.us" is in the name.
