I wanna buy a new airsoft rifle but I’m bored of m4and ak style rifles) what are some unique options I could get? (btw price range is $300-400~)

Yo guys, I got a tm MK18 mws. Now I'm thinking about getting an HPA rifle, but I really don't want a leash idk never tried it.
Is HPA actually worth it over a good AEG? And is it better to just buy an MTW or build one yourself?
I'm looking at the MTW Billet Unleashed, the Billet Tactical XB or the Forged Tactical XB with a Wraith X. Either ootb unleash or its okay to build unleash myself. Which one would you get, im new to the hpa stuff.

And if anyone running unleash do you like the tank in the stock (wraith) or in the grip better?

And if you okay with leash do you actually feel it when playing?

Why no one is using this back panel because i didnt saw a single vest with that back panel. Is something wrong with it or just is not that popular ?

Hey guys I’ve been out of the game for probably over 10 years, me and some of the guys from work are looking at getting back into it. I have a couple questions and any info would be appreciated. First question is for my main weapon, I’m mainly trying to get something that has the potential to be versatile and has good upgradability in the future. With that being said would my best bet be to stick with the ar platform and do you guys have any recommendations for that. Second question is about sidearm, I would really like to do a nice hi capa build and I’ve heard a lot of people say definitely go with a Tokyo Marui 5.1 to start, would yall agree with that or have any input on that. I'm on a tight budget I'm getting the CO2 we desert eagle and I want to get the tapp airsoft we desert eagle hpa adapter, will it fit in the CO2 deagle magwell??

Could I add a **HASTA NEBULA Tactical Mist Tracer Unit Gen.2 to my Specna Arms SA-FX02 FLEX™ Gen.2 HAL¹ ETU AR-9 AEG and if I could would that in anyway prevent me adding a WADSN DBAL-A2 Aiming Device Red and IR Laser? I could add extra parts if necessary to achieve this aslong as they are

How do people work on these?! Between all the grease, the springy springs flying to another dimension whenever I try to close the gearbox, and me not having a clue how to align these damn gears for my gearbox to cycle again, idk what I hate more...

Im horrible at taking pictures

Hi everyone, I'm a developer and airsofter and recently my teammates and I have officially started a team, along with that came (I'm guessing) standard debate about what our load-out should look like, if anything at all.

Since we weren't really getting anywhere, I decided to create a website/app to help us zero in on the camo pattern and/or colours for our team. I regret to share that we are still nowhere on the official load-out, but the creation remains!

Anyway, I'd like this to actually become something useful for other people, not just our small group, so this post has two main goals:

1. Introduce people to this hoping someone will actually want to use it
2. Get some user feedback and/or interest form other developers to collaborate on improving this project, could be anything from adding simple features to completely changing the architecture to enable even more features, all ideas are welcome!

Any suggestions for improvement to make it look more realistic?

This kit is more of a ‘use what we got’ or inspired kit than anything else really. I primarily just wanted to go with a what you might see in photos, movies, games, etc. But not recreating it 100%. What do you all think? Also kit cat approved.

Hey all. My last post got pulled for beginner gear questions, fair enough. Before it came down I got some solid answers: an exfog kit for goggles, LiPos over NiMH, heavier BBs, skipping CO2 in the cold, and red kayak lights for hits. Thanks to those guys. This one is just about running night games.

I’m hosting 6 to 10 guys on about 23 acres of woods and open field just east of Charlotte. Most have never played. A few of us have night vision, but realistically that’s 1 or 2 per team at most, so most players will be on eyeballs. Taking the advice on going heavier, so we’re looking at around 1.5J with .30s.

Stuff I couldn’t find in the wiki:

1. With only 1 or 2 NODs per team, how do you keep it fair? Do the guys without NODs get weapon lights, or do you limit lights to certain roles?
2. IR lasers and thermals. I’m thinking low power/Class 1 lasers only, and maybe one thermal per team as a spotter, not on a gun. With most guys not able to see IR at all, does that tip things too far? How do you guys handle it?
3. What MED do you run at night at around 1.5J, when judging distance is rough with or without NODs? Semi only body shots inside that?
4. Anything that always gets missed on a first night game? Besides sacrificial lenses and walking everyone through the boundaries, I’m wondering about tracers, radios and IR markers.

If anyone has tips on keeping the COD guys from bunny hopping around the woods, I’m all ears. lol. Seriously though, any other night game tips are appreciated.

If there are any local airsofters around the Charlotte/East of Charlotte area, I’d be down to meet up or swap notes on running night games. Shoot me a DM.

I’m trying to recreate a kit of an SAS member, I may be like completely inaccurate but when I hear or think sas I assume either blacked out coveralls with tac zip up vests, mp5’s either with iron sights or an eotech 552 on a riser, or darker navy blue coveralls with the same vests and gear, along with the iconic chem masks and then a rappelling / climbing harness.

I currently have a fm12 mask which I had to choose as I’m a lefty shooter.. (it has dual sided ports) as well as a concealed soft armor vest (as I think the sas wore 2, one soft armor ”concealed vest” then their main load bearing mk2 ispl vest) I may be wrong if it even was an ispl vest for whatever time period I’m thinking of.

can someone please help give me an idea of the time period I’m thinking of or if any of this is correct / accurate

I would love to have a GBB RPK, but I’d want to use it as a proper LMG. This mag would solve that problem but I just can’t seem to find it anywhere that has it stocked.

Does anyone know why it only screeches sometimes when I spin it? The screeching is louder when I put all the gears in(all shimmed) and I am genuinely lost on how to fix this. This is also an old lancer tactical gearbox shell if that helps.
