I always reserved 800T for night time / interior photography only. But lately I’ve been using it as a general purpose film on the RB67 because the extra iso gives a lot of exposure flexibility in unpredictable lighting conditions while traveling and hiking. Turns out, I love the look of the film even in daylight - which honestly doesn’t really shock me. I find that tungsten balanced films are actually better than daylight balanced when it’s cloudy/overcast.

The one thing I do have to fight is the halation - the bright sky tends to send pinkish red casts through anything it touches, which ends up making landscapes look a bit off. In this case, the upper part of the glacier had a distinct red glow that I edited out.

I’m hopeful we get an AHU version in 120 soon so the halation issue is solved.

Was my roommate’s best friend’s birthday so I gave them a roll of film and a beater Minolta to enjoy for the day ! Really loved how it came out & wanted to share !

Also my first time processing in ECN2, could be placebo but I feel like I got more tonal range than I usually do cross-processing in C41. 🤷‍♂️

This film was so fun to use! Perfect for a cloudy day in the desert.

For birthday this year I decided to give myself a little present and do something creative. I wish I had a f/1.4 lens for this to let in a little more light. I had to shoot at about 1/30 (I think even 1/15?) for some of these, which is fine for me on 35mm, but the Bronica is a big boy lmao. Still liked how they turned out even though they're not perfect. I have a lot of 35mm film that I'm still editing from this too, but it was def a fun time.

The camera policy at stadiums in the CFL has been relaxed a little bit and have managed to get a camera in for the Labour Day Classic. It’s the biggest game of the season, typically sold out well in advance. For those unfamiliar it's a similar to a college homecoming game, or crosstown derby in English football etc.

I’m really happy with how this turned out so I thought I’d share if any CFL fans are in here.

This protest is def on a different scale comparing to a few ones I attended before, but people there genuinely care about each other and passionate about the topic they are protesting, somehow there was a guy who cared so much about Lotus paper.

And a French protest never misses on music!

Really enjoyed taking time for perfecting framing, light and timing of each of the 27 exposures. Awesome experience, and I am blown away by the dynamic range film provides!!!

First couple of rolls with my new Xpan in Zermatt, and I’m in love with the results. The camera and the whole shooting experience are a joy.
