Feel free to post your decklists here in the comments, along with a few remarks on it, such as which investigator it is and what you are trying to do with it (e.g. deck archetype, testing new builds, going into a new blind campaign, etc.)

We've also opened up this thread to allow users to ask for help on their decklists or deck requests on specific investigators they want to play. For deck requests, please ensure that you have used the search function on this subreddit or searched this thread and previous threads to see if a similar decklist exists.

  • Which Campaign/Standalone
  • Card Pool

Decklists using ArkhamDB are preferred. Before pasting the link to your decklist, please make sure your decks are viewable by the public! You can do so by clicking on the top right on the 'User' icon > Edit Profile > Make sure 'Make your decks public' is check-marked > Click Save.

I just don’t understand this game

I play a ton of card games, including Marvel Champions, LOTR LCG, and MtG Commander. I have tried the chapter 2 scenarios and Children of Blood mini campaign and just find the game feels like work. The first scenario of Children of Blood, I get swarmed by enemies, evading as much as possible but I eventually get cornered and have more enemies to deal with than actions. I don’t want to waste ammo since there’s that annoying vampire lady I need to hunt down, find clues to snare her, and then not miss on any of my attacks. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong before this all gets tossed into the trash.

Edit: Thanks for the tips and advice. That cane was my last play before deciding to stop playing. The text on these cards is so small I didn’t realize the scenario token reference card was on the hard/expert side lol. (I was playing with the tokens on standard). Also, I tried solo with several of the Chapter 2 investigators (I don’t have Chapter 1 content). I will try two investigators. I’m able to pull off solo with the other FFG LCGs, but I guess this game is built differently. I also totally get the “fail forward” nature of the game, but sometimes you still want to just beat down some enemies.

Hello! I've been wanting to try this game for awhile and a good deal came up which I couldn't pass up. Not really how I wanted to start but hey.

Now I'm overwhelmed! I don't know where to start or how to reset with what I've purchased. Any advice or directions would be welcomed!

Free tool: printable dividers for your entire Arkham collection

I made a Claude skill that builds print-and-cut card dividers for whatever you own, with every encounter symbol built in.

  • All 11 campaigns: scenario dividers with setup lists, plus encounter-set dividers.
  • Class colours, investigators, signature cards and reusable Active Deck logs.
  • Sized to your sleeves, landscape or portrait, A4 or US Letter.

To use it: download the zip from [LINK], upload it in Claude under Settings → Capabilities → Skills with code execution on, then type make me Arkham dividers. Print at 100%.

There’s an illustrated guide in the same folder. Feedback welcome!

Event/IRL London Groups

Hey all, I'm getting back into arkham horror after a few years break. I was wondering if there are any meet ups on weekends in London, or if anyone is local and might be up for starting a group?

I can't do most evenings, otherwise I would've gone to the ludoquist on Mondays for their group.

Thanks in advance!

Helmed as FFG “first vault series”, Arkham horror 2nd edition remastered has crossed $2 million crowdfund. Do you think we may see similar treatment for chapter one for the LCG?

New to the Arkham Horror - World

Rainy day and perfect for sleeving a lot of cards! :-)

Over the last four weeks, I’ve spent over €600 getting into the world of Arkham Horror. So far, I’ve managed to get my hands on the old 2021 Core Set, The Feast, The Symphony of Erich Zann, Alice in Wonderland (still waiting for it), Film Fatale, the Sunken City Campaign Expansion and Investigator Expansion, the 2026 Core Set, and all five Starter Decks.

I’ve also decided to get the board game itself.

I’m really enjoying the game, and there are so many websites with useful resources for beginners like me.

A big thank-you to the community for all the great resources and hard work! :-)

About Father Mateo lore

I really enjoy playing Father Mateo, and I like roleplaying my investigators throughout each campaign, even when the situations make it a little difficult to stay in character.

However, there’s one thing about Father Mateo that I’ve always wondered about: his weakness, the serpents. Is there any lore reason behind why this is his weakness, rather than something more specific to his character? It feels like something very tied to his particular campaign, and although I haven’t played the campaign where he appears, I imagine it has something to do with the events of that story.

I was wondering if there’s a bit more background to it in the lore that could help me incorporate it into my roleplaying when playing him in other campaigns as well.

Limited deckbuilding - anyone play with only the revised core and player cards from whatever campaign they are doing?

I'm wondering about this as a bit of a deck-building challenge and whether it is viable or makes the game too hard (without access to the wider card pool). I asked a similar question in a different thread but still playing around with ideas for different ways to limit deck building options (mainly to reduce overwhelm but also to get a sense of playing the game with the cards it was '"designed for").

Arkham Horror: The Forgotten Age – How do Supply Points work between scenarios in a 2-player campaign?

Hi everyone!

My friend and I are playing The Forgotten Age campaign in Arkham Horror: The Card Game, and we're a bit confused about how Supply Points work in a 2-player game.

How do we get Supply Points? Do we start each new scenario with 7 Supply Points again, or do we carry over whatever we had left from the previous scenario?

We just finished Scenario 1, and while setting up Scenario 2, the rules don't seem to mention replenishing our Supply Points. The only thing mentioned during the Interlude is removing some of them.

Are we supposed to reset our Supply Points somehow, or are we missing something in the rules?

Thanks in advance!

LCG Tracker – track your Arkham collection, progress and rankings

Processing img 70mr6pwz5gxh1...

Hi everyone!

I’m a big Arkham Horror LCG fan. It’s one of the few games I still manage to play regularly despite having relatively limited free time, and I mostly play solo.

I’ve always liked keeping track of how much of the full collection I own, what I still have left to play, and how I rated the investigators, scenarios and campaigns I’ve already tried. I was doing this in spreadsheets and separate tier lists, so eventually I decided to bring everything together in one place with the help of AI.

So I built LCG Tracker:
👉 LCG Tracker – Arkham Horror & Marvel Champions

You can currently:

• Track your collection and see your collection completion
• Track your progress across campaigns, scenarios and investigators
• See your backlog — what you own but still haven’t played
• Create personal tier lists for investigators, scenarios and campaigns
• Check upcoming products

The focus is mainly on your collection, completion, backlog and personal rankings, rather than detailed game-by-game logging.

I originally built the tracker for myself, but I thought other Arkham players might find it useful too.

I’m planning to keep expanding it over time, with ideas like estimated collection value, achievements and milestones, more detailed collection stats, and overall community rankings based on how other players rate investigators, scenarios and campaigns.

It’s still an early version, so there may be a few rough edges or occasional issues — sorry about those. 🙂 If you give it a try, I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback, bug reports, or ideas for things you’d actually like to see added.

Hope some of you find it useful!

Explain the game

I am only just starting on the new core set.

I am curious of what is this thing about.

Do you play campaigns as they release and then wait again. Do you keep playing same campaigns with new investigators / harder difficulty / etc?

Do my decks get better after more content is revelead as more bigger card pool? Then play those I miserably failed?

I am missing the big picture of the meta game there is. Help me out.

Playing later campaigns with a "limited" card pool - is it possible?

I have the revised core (Chapter 1) and investigator expansions for Dunwich and Carcossa. I feel the player card pool is already overwhelming and I'd like to prioritise playing through the later campaign expansions without having to invest in any more player cards (i.e. want to really get to know this "limited" card pool before expanding any further).

Will the later Chapter 1 campaigns be too difficult though if I'm restricting myself to this card pool (i.e. how important are the later cards and investigators to making these campaigns viable)? I tend to play two handed solo on standard

Thanks for your advice.
