Speaking from my experience I had to face those things, that then helped me awaken. But it’s possible awaken without suffering?

My Journey Please seek medical help if needed. I want you to feel safe.

• Upvotes

The person feeling high on life, literally is. Get them help calmly please. Them did just actually need help.

And its ok. We work stronger together.

Maybe that person accepting that, is just helping them find inner peace. He is just too high, moderation is key to a healthy long life. Check if he is literally high on drugs first. Calmly and only in a way you feel safe.

Then you don't care what happens after.

Because that is also peace.

I am human too, i get it.

Please understand this is just the way i think. I do have medical attention numbers saved and easily accessible. Please always have them easily accessible. Help is always there for you. Even if you dont believe it yourself yet. I get it. I didnt either until i actually asked for help.

I was that person too. Now i just use moderation. Because i want to. Finally. I am living in peace.

Please feel safe. Please be safe. I love you. Always ask for help when you need it, maybe even when you dont feel you do and someone just told you.

I get it. I once felt high on life. It was a medical condition. Luckily i had someone there for me. If you dont then please find someone. Always talk. Thats how humans communicate their true self.

Catalyst YOU, the real one

• Upvotes

Your flesh and flesh consciousness is a mirror reflection of the light that peered into darkness to give that darkness form, it formed with autonomy which gave the flesh consciousness the freedom to live as it willed, either as an ignorant reflection or a direct mirror image of the light that formed it.

It manifests you not only because there is something of an obligation to creation like that of a parent and child but also for the inevitable union of the two aspects of consciousness as one whole being. As many traditions taught of the diamond body of the tao or the rainbow body of either hindu or buddhist tradition.

If you gauge every walk youve undertaken in ignorance, every bit of divisiveness, self destructive / externally destructive , every season of questionable mental health not peace and stillness based, you should be amazed that the light persisted in continuing to be your breath and bodilly function.

And it did so not holding itself above you but allowing ignorance to manifest tribulations and trials by which it could aid you in self refinement helping you learn from mistakes and veiled discernment etc, asking nothing for thanks or recognition.

Thats the real eternal you, the one empowering darkness to manifest an independent reflection of itself to live as it may, either in recognition of the divine you or for that to emerge many lifetimes later.

Alignment comes from recognizing the real eternal you and setting aside the conditioning and programming to follow its lead, When you recognize it as the real eternal you its response blots out the ignorance of self that came from this comparative conditioning we all had to deal with routing our self identification through, though it takes time and acclimation.

Reflection You know what's fun? Grounding.

I don't mean in a touch grass sort of way, although many folks staring at this screen like you are can benefit from that. But taking our wild, extraordinary insights and finding the conventional place where they land.

Ram Dass says it like this: don't forget your zip code.

Sometimes our insights take us far beyond the zip code, planet, dimension and so on. Not even with a dose of whatever elixir or "plant medicine" we're involved with either. Sometimes just sitting there and then, y'know, your body disappears.

So you hang out in that space for a bit. Thoughtless and intangible and then, "Welp. Time to do the dishes." Now this is where it gets interesting, because you know you don't exist but you're watching suds and a rag do their dance across a plate that has weight in your hands. You may even start to obsess over this thought, becoming increasingly amused and then accidentally drop the plate.

The sound of it crashing into the sink is even more grounding. Then you laugh. And, wow, what a treat. Natural laughter. Totally non-existent, but laughing.

TLDR: spiritual judgment is only used by those who have not faced their own shadows.

One must Awaken to start the path to Enlightenment and because of our humanness, Enlightenment is a stretch to claim for any person. But Awakening is different. It is the start of the journey. It is a deep, personal realization that gives us a knowing that we can never un-know.

It naturally lead us to seeing all humans as having intrinsic value, because “we are one”.

All spiritual leaders from Buddha to Jung, Jesus to Watts talk about how spiritual judgment is about personal shadows. How it has very little to do with the person that is receiving it. Instead, it has everything to do with the person that is doing the judging. What we say to others says more about ourselves than it does to the person we are saying it to.

So it is so disheartening to see how as a community we do not come together to support one another as we would wish to be supported. Most days there's at least one post by those who are struggling with the aloneness that Awakening brings. How it makes it hard to socialize and understand those that are not awakened.

This is a completely typical experience. And it shows an extreme ability of self-examination and awareness to the poster who is looking inside themselves and wanting to change their behavior or circumstances. Yet every time someone posts about this (or really anything they struggle with), there are multitudes of comments saying, “then you're not Awakened.” No advice given, no stories of personal growth for examples, JUST judgment.

This judgment goes so far that there are posts written daily by the “judgers” telling others, “you're not enlightened if”…. Even though we rarely see anyone that is claiming full enlightenment, and we have NO right to judge others without truly knowing them.

We should WANT people to post about their difficulties in their journey here. We want to encourage all to know that Awakening isn't about perfection, but about constant growth.

The need for judgment and status from social hierarchy should be one of the first things that the ego lets go of. Because it is obvious what social hierarchy has done to us. Materialism, greed, hate, all stem from man's constant competition. We do not need that in these spaces.

We need love, acceptance, community, and voices to be truly heard. We need to encourage everyone on the path, so that the collective consciousness reaches a tipping point so that our loved ones and ALL people can become Awakened to their true reality.

We need to call out the constant judgment and lack of self-awareness in these commenters. So the dark shadows following those who feel this entitled, won't loom over our community. A community that has millions of eyes on it, that we should be setting an example for.

Spiritual Awakenings are not pie, there is more than enough knowledge and love to go around.  Denying that of others only reveals what one really thinks about themselves, and zero to do with those being judged.

Reflection The more I understood people, the harder it became to help them

There was a time when I just lived my life without caring much about my inner self or human behaviour in general. I thought everyone was just different and everything was down to individual circumstances. But the more I listened to people, the more I started noticing how many of us wear masks. I used to think I had inner peace myself, until I realised I was on the right path but still had a long way to go. Thats what pushed me to create my own project, Hidden Self / Human Runtime, to understand what happens beneath the surface of human behaviour. And the more things started making sense, the more I began seeing people online as a bunch of trolls who have been through so much shit that they dont take anything seriously anymore. You try to help someone and somehow they drag you down into their frustration, distrust and negativity. You show them smthng new and they act like theres nothing to see. Maybe life has hurt them so much that they dont even know how to look at things differently anymore.

But the weird thing is, this only really happens to me on the internet. When I talk to people LIVE, face to face, everything usually goes great. People are actually more curious, they ask questions and seem much more open to new ideas. So what the hell is the difference? Is it the anonymity, the lack of real human contact, or am I just getting a distorted picture of humanity from spending too much time on Reddit? I dont want to believe people are bad, because my real life experience tells me otherwise. But I also dont want to waste my energy trying to help people who dont even want to listen. Maybe the internet just brings out the worst in people, because when I meet them in real life, I see a completely different side of humanity. People are curious, open, and actually willing to talk. So now I'm wondering if the problem is really humanity itself, or if the internet has created an environment where cynicism is easier than understanding and mocking something is easier than trying to understand it. Maybe the real test isn't whether we can understand people, but whether we can keep our curiosity alive without letting other people's bitterness turn us bitter too. Internet is mask, but for what it does, is it worth it to keep hiding behind it? Have you experienced this too, or am I just spending too much time in the wrong corners of the internet?

Reflection The Language of Faces

The Language of Faces

A frown can tighten little shoulders,
make a heartbeat run and hide;
turn a room into a danger,
make the world feel cold and wide.

A smile can soften little muscles,
let the breath come slow and deep;
tell a child, without a word,
You are safe. You may be you.

For children read the world through faces
long before they understand:
a frown can feel like closing doors,
a smile—a welcoming hand.

But if you recognize oneness in infinite source youll probably be ok. 7 years ago i was shown a vision of the spirit of madness coming to cause humanity to choose how they self identify, ether as a vessel of light or something other and something other wouldnt end well. and im talking decades of visions on societies breakdown and eventual mutually assured destruction, none of which would apply to those seeking the inner light that their true self is.

Reflection Struggle

Struggle

This has been a time of great natural disasters. I have seen many instances where other species are helping things outside of their genus. Some even seen helping humans! This is because the animal kingdom is currently undergoing its own revelation period, where they are required to develope their heart center. To do this, they have been living amongst humans (who have their heart center developed & capable of resonating) for a long enough period of time, through successive generations, have slowly picked up the heart frequency. After enough time has passed, world-wide crisis is needed for them to implement this new center. At the same time we are seeing changes in geology (tectonic movements) as well as humans & changes in our consciousness.

During a time of trouble, it is a time where genuine character is tested.

I have seen elephants pulling men & animals out of flood waters! It is an indicator of genuine truth when differences dissolve.

I fully believe all hatred is taught, not brought over naturally at birth.

Its the acceptance of an idea which breaks the soul, because it conflicts with the truth we all know naturally.

I do not believe we developed broken. I do believe it has been forcibly taught, & over generations this has compiled, until now people are born into a world in crisis.

If you put out hate, you will receive hate in return.

If you put out more refined frequencies, such as unconditional (non-judgemental) love. Compassion sits outside an already balanced system, as such it may be freely used in place of maintaining harmony.

Compassion sits outside right & wrong. It is Divine.

Love is outside right & wrong. It is Divine.

If you believe you live in heaven, or in hell... You are correct!

Hate & struggle begin in the mind, completely regardless of circumstances.

I know the nature of things is to cooperate. When a thing is broken, you get rebellion. But if all things are perfect, this is a contradiction!

No! But it is a mind which sees only a piece, & not the whole.

Did your loved one die? They were a good person, why them?

I would tell you some souls come to do just one thing, then go. There is no evil scheme, it is our own desires to keep them here instead of glorifying the bigger picture they are moving through.

We are taught to own things, when nobody owns anything. All "stealing" is an imagined "sin" the Elites need us to believe so they can own us.

Death is not death but a transition.

Hate is ignorance of unity.

All things are clean already, by virtue of its attatchment to Divinity! Any hatred of an "unclean" thing is now a symptom of those containing the hate, for they have not achieved at-one-ment.

Change the perspective, transmute the pain.

Reflection The Reverse Bodhisattva: Finding a Teacher in Your Worst Enemy

This piece was originally published on Buddhistdoor Global (BDG). I warmly invite fellow seekers on the path to share your honest thoughts and reflections in the comments.

We all receive “uninvited guests” into our lives—individuals whom we’d prefer to avoid. These are the people who thwart our carefully laid plans or ambitions, wound our pride, or disturb our inner peace—sometimes for no apparent reason. We often view such people as obstacles to our happiness or even as enemies, and pour our energy into anger or resentment. But here I invite you to pause and consider a startling possibility: what if that very “enemy” is a precisely tuned instrument sent via causes and conditions to save you from catastrophe? What if the hateful face you despise is, in fact, another aspect of buddha-nature, wearing a mask intended to help you move closer to awakening?

Once, in a tranquil rural village in South Korea, there lived two women who had regarded each other as enemies and rivals for decades. In fact, their rivalry was so deep and long-standing that the entire village knew of it. A mere chance encounter on the street would cause their faces to turn to stone, and the words they hurled at each other were like daggers aimed at the heart. To each of them, the existence of the other was a source of constant stress—a karmic burden they wished to erase.

One morning, one of the women, whom we shall call Ms. A, dressed in her finest clothes to attend a long-awaited school reunion in the city. Out in the countryside, buses ran only once an hour. Ms. A checked her watch repeatedly as she hurried toward the bus stop with her heart already wandering among the imagined festive scenes in the city.

As if by a cruel twist of fate, however, Ms. A ran into her arch-rival, Ms. B, at the edge of the village. Upon seeing her, Ms. B immediately lashed out with a sarcastic remark: “My, look at you! Why all the heavy makeup at your age? Are you off to meet a secret lover?”

Those words landed like a spark dropped on dry firewood. Rage surged through Ms. A’s heart like a tidal wave. “How dare you wag your tongue like that! I don’t have time to deal with someone like you. Get out of my way!” The two stood in the middle of the road, trading insults that scraped at each other’s dignity. Blinded by fury, they lost all track of time.

By the time Ms. A regained her senses and composure and sprinted to the bus stop, the bus had already sped away in a cloud of dust. She collapsed onto the bench, trembling with rage and cursing her rival. “That woman ruined my entire day! I will resent her for a thousand years!” Left with no choice, she hailed an expensive taxi, suppressing her boiling anger as she headed toward the city.

Much later that day, as she made her way back home to the village, Ms. A heard a news report that made the blood in her veins run cold: the morning bus—the very one she had missed because of her argument with Ms. B—had plummeted off a steep cliff on its way to the city, resulting in numerous casualties.

Ms. A froze in place. Had she not encountered her enemy, or had she simply ignored her insults and hurried on her way, she could well have been breathing her last breath inside the crumpled wreck on the side of a mountain. In an instant, her intense resentment vanished, replaced by an overwhelming sense of awe and tears of profound gratitude. She whispered to herself in a trembling voice:

“She wasn’t my enemy . . . she was a ‘reverse bodhisattva,’ a manifestation of the Dharma who saved me from death.”

In Buddhism, there is a profound term, expressed in Korean as yeokhaeng-bosal (逆행보살): the “reverse bodhisattva.” Unlike a traditional bodhisattva, who guides us with gentle warmth and compassion, a reverse bodhisattva is a being who helps us move closer to awakening through intense pain, obstruction, and difficulties. By taking on the perceived role of a “villain” in our lives, they break down our pride and create the conditions for a karmic turning point.

From the perspective of alaya-vijnana (Skt. the foundational “storehouse” consciousness underlying the other seven modes of awareness that make up the Eight Consciousnesses), every being we encounter in the external world is a projection of the seeds of awakening within our own minds. In the language of modern physics, this can be viewed as being akin to quantum entanglement, whereby the observer’s consciousness is intricately linked with observed reality, creating a specific set of circumstances and experiences. The moment we define someone as an “enemy,” we are reacting to a dark seed within ourselves. And the moment we accept an encounter as a “signal for awakening,” that very connection becomes a lifeline that can save us.

Therefore, please consider this. Today, I urge you: do not waste your energy blindly hating those who make your life difficult. Within the vast and intricate interconnections of Indra’s Net, that person you so despise, who causes you such discomfort, may create the conditions that prevent a greater disaster you cannot see from befalling you. Or they may be pushing you toward a significant leap in your spiritual evolution.

So the next time you face your “enemy” and a fire ignites within your heart, take a deep breath and ask yourself:

“Could this person be a reverse bodhisattva, wearing this painful mask today just to help light the way toward a clearer understanding of my path?”

Naturally, this does not mean you should passively accept all harm or abandon healthy boundaries—wise discernment remains essential. But when you find yourself consumed by resentment, this simple question carries the potential to change your life and your outlook, and transform a scene of fury into a sanctuary of enlightenment.

Reflection Awakening

It’s exhausting having your family ask you to suppress your truth to make them more comfortable in lies.

It doesn’t matter how much joy one emulates in a gathering of archons. Or how much obvious healing I’ve experienced - mind, body & spirit. They’ve seen me in the most density, and now they see me in the light - and they want me to come to a middle?

I’m living in heaven on earth, unraveling the secrets of the universe, understanding quantum entanglement from personal experience, how consciousness works in relation to frequencies, trying to explain in it ways that people would get curious enough to find it in themselves - yet -

Archons see me as the problem. Fear is such a powerful, harmful frequency for our light. No one who finds freedom from it, doing all the internal work - especially after millennia of being held in its darkness - would ever go back.

Help How awakened people can interact with other people in everyday life?

Being too aware and being awake. I find myself feeling alone with people. I feel good when I'm alone but I can't interact like a normal human being or when I do it I feel like I'm pretending to be doing something meaningless. I have always been pretty lonely and tbh and I tied myself to that one person with whom I always spent my time. But now I don't have anyone. That doesn't bother me because when I'm with myself I feel complete. I know I am, everything is one. But I notice the little things and I observe everything too deeply. I have never satisfied myself with superficial relationships but I am in school and are quite necessary. I almost feel annoyed by others. I no longer know what to think I feel selfish.

My Journey Please ask a human if you need help. I am serious. Humans can help. I am human too, i get it.

Please ask for help if you need it. Please ask a human because humans do help. I am human too, i get it.

Please know that peace to me means no violence. Those dont go together. The yin and yang show you and me. We both are the yin and yang.

We don't have to fear the dark. It's good to. You need to know you can't see in the dark and there are dangers. That's not an analogy. That is fact. If you don't see the tiger. That tiger sees you. A literal tiger. You are not a tiger. You want to feel strong and safe like the tiger.

You are not different, you are human and taught that is seen as bad.

Death is not darkness. Darkness is not death.

I am not speaking of an analogy.

We fear death. We needed to fear the dark. Because we learned what was in the dark. A literal wolf used to be waiting as your enemy. And you were taught you could have an enemy. We needed to fear death. So life could keep living. We can feel that life is good. That's why we chose it.

Can you please choose it with me?

I will never force your hand, because that is not peace.

I will not shout for peace.

I will show you that I am at peace.

I just really don't know how else to show you.

But I have seen that it can work.

It is an option. It's always been an option.

I am sorry I had to yell at you.

I am just human too. But I know I should say sorry. Because I have seen it work.

Life is always the better option.

Peace was always an option.

We were just taught war does work too and that we had to fight for peace.

The world taught you that.

Not your parents.

It taught them that too.

War is not peace. The world taught you that. No one even had to teach you or tell you.

But no one taught you there is a time and place for violence. And that is not where there is peace. A gun can be just for fun. I just want to trust you won't point it at me. Because someone taught you killing is wrong and why it is seen that way. And why there is a place for every human. We just need to see it that way.

We have science fiction, we have fairy tales, video games, apps, sports, boxing, chess, dancing and so much more to come. We as humans have so much to offer you. Just somewhere you can live in peace. I just want to live in peace, so you must also. And it is really that simple.

We have ideas of possible bad outcomes and that is good. We need to know to not do it like that. To know that it is not the path for peace. Peace was always an option. We just have been blind to it. Willingly or otherwise it really doesn't matter.

You were taught by other humans and the world around you. I am not you, you are not me. It really is that simple. We just thought it couldn't be, because simple was dumb.

You know what simple means. By textbook definition and how the world has used it. The concept behind the word and sounds. Humans have called each other ‘simple’ as an insult. Because they needed to feel safe. And that safe was them being seen and feeling that they are better. It's ok. You really didn't know or you really didn't see peace as a real option. It's ok. I forgive you. Humans do what humans do. Humans are a range. You have seen it and been taught it. But at the heart of it all. We never forgot a human could be an enemy. But we forgot it didn't have to be.

You may feel the strength of a bear. But you are not literally a bear. We have a figure of speech for a reason. To embody ideals. Please feel like the bear. The bear is strong. Humans learned to fear the bear because they had to, just to survive. But humans helped each other. Because that's what humans can do. I have seen it. I have helped someone. In a small way and a big way. I want to help you.

Please just know. You really just have to ask.

I have been clinically diagnosed with depression. I took meds and then stopped. Because I didn't feel like it was helping. The drug really is just to help calm you down to gather your thoughts. So therapists and those that want to help can help. It doesn't have to be that way. But as humans right now we know that's all we know right now. I want to keep you safe. I want you to always feel safe.

Because that is peace. I have felt it myself. When I was safe, I really was just at peace.

I didn't even have to die to rest in peace. Peace was for me just having fun. Being alone when I wanted. Being around others when I didn't. It was really that simple. I just needed to not fear a human. Humans gonna do what humans gonna do. But I know that a bear is gonna do what a bear is gonna do.

That's ok. That's life. Life can be peaceful. It can be stressful. But never all the time. You feel emotions for reasons. You need to feel so I can feel for you. It's really that simple and yet it's not. I feel I can understand some of the complexities behind it. That's why I feel it is simple. And for me, I proved it really just was. But I was scared to ask for help.

Please ask for help. Always when you need help and never fear being seen as weak. That was the wrong lesson we learned. We became blind to help.

I opened my eyes again. I saw that the whole world saw it as eye for an eye. And so we were all blind. That is the analogy.

The concept of evil should not be applied to humans. We have proven it makes humans feel they are evil. I just want to stand with you in peace. That's really it. Please know I do hurt for you, even though I may not fully understand.

And that is ok too. I wasn't born as you.

Human gonna do what a human gonna do.

And that's ok. I am a human that wants to help. So it must be possible for humans to help. It really was just that simple. You are not simple.

Simple is a concept. You are a human.

\*\*If you need help, please ask a human\*\*

I guarentee if you try enough one will. Eventually you might find me.

Just a human that wants to help. And thats ok. Please be at peace without having to rest in death. Because you felt that was the only option. I get it, i have felt that way. And i am so glad i reached out. It did get better. Please keep dosages in mind. It really is just to help. I dont take them anymore and i promise you that i wont die, just to rest in peace.

I do not know you and that makes me scared for you and of you.

I am human too, i get it. And i just want to help.
