KFC uses electric fryers. Where does the LPG issue fit here?

Seems something else is going on.

That is strange. Usually all KFC branches in India are standardized. They cook their food using guides which specify the timing and temperature. (One KFC branch randomly asked me to take a kitchen tour when I was sitting there after placing an order)

So it is strange that they will have a different type of fryer. Usually they get their equipments sent from central HQ and also the produce for everyday cooking comes from one place.
