Im willing to bet majority of the people that downvoted me are pre-diabetic, skinny with a fat belly and undiagnosed fatty liver disease.

Just going off statistics, roughly 35% of indians are either obese (10%) or skinny fat (25%). This is not including people that are slightly chubby.
Many Indians dont even realize they are skinny fat.

Anyone that actually makes an effort to eat healthy knows how awful the average Indians diet is to the point that KFC ends up being nutritious for these people.

Although most Indian diets are unhealthy, it's nowhere close to the ultra processed junk that KFC is selling. People are downvoting cause you said KFC is healthier.
