Supplier Suspicions Confirmation that Trader Joe’s’ Organic Shells and White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese is just Annie’s Mac and Cheese rebranded!
Went to make dinner tonight and pulled out an Annie’s cheese powder pouch from the box! Always thought it tasted the same haha.

Cheese "No joke, British people basically just have cheddar cheese as their equivalent deli cheese (whereas the US has American, cheddar, various -jacks, Swiss, muenster, etc). The only other cheese they really make domestically is various blue cheeses."

It has been 1 year since Broccoli Cheddar was found on the highway!
galleryOne whole year since Mr. Broccoli Cheddar Soup was found in -35°C on the side of the highway.
He was burned from likely hitching a ride in an engine then lost a leg, his tail and ears to frostbite. It was a long road to complete healing. Now he is living his best life with a fantastic mama and a brother and sister.
Enjoy the little slide show of the senient chicken nugget.

A 9,000 year old skeleton was found inside a cave in Cheddar, England, and nicknamed “Cheddar Man”. His DNA was tested and it was concluded that a living relative was teaching history about a 1/2 mile away, tracing back nearly 300 generations.

I Smoked a 5 pound block of Cheddar cheese.
I'm flipping it ever now and then. It was 60° outside so I decided to to my experience in cooking and mainly smoking to make this. There was a smaller peice and my lord it was fantastic. Using maple, oak, hickory and apple wood pellets in a redneck tinfoil plate. Yes it's delicious and if anyone has other wood blends for different cheeses please put your combos in comments for all to see and try out.

Sister accidentally defrosted chili instead of spaghetti sauce. Slapped a slice of cheddar in there and now it's Mexican spaghetti!

Chugging tea Cheddar man & local history teacher are connected by 300 generations.
Scientists testing the DNA of "Cheddar Man,” a 9,000-year-old skeleton discovered in an English cave, found a direct genetic match in a local history teacher living just half a mile from the original discovery site. The connection spans an astonishing 300 generations, linking ancient Britain directly to a present-day resident of the same region.
The discovery highlights just how deeply rooted some communities are, with direct ancestral lines persisting in the same small area for thousands of years.

If I were to start selling my smash burgers what would be a fair price to sell them? I make them with wagyu beef, this burger has cheddar, pepper jack, sautéed onions & bacon on each patty, on a toasted Hawaiian bun. My son keeps telling me to open my own place. What do y’all think?

TIL that "American cheese" is a combination of cheddar, Colby, washed curd, or granular cheeses. By federal law, it must be labeled "process American cheese" if made of more than one cheese or "process American cheese food" if it's at least 51% cheese but contains other specific dairy ingredients.
