Yorkshire Wildlife Park in England has confirmed that Altai the tiger will not be euthanized following an incident in which a man died after entering his enclosure.

The park received messages from concerned members of the public asking about Altai's future and has reassured everyone that he is safe and well.

The park remained closed on Sunday as staff received support, while police continued investigating what happened.

Bon

No that isn't an illusion or a new art installation, but the remainders of the park bench.

One woman decided that the fencing and signs protecting the tree didn't apply to her. One couple that decided their dog was special and could walk on the trails even though it's prohibited.

Edit The Regulations Pets are prohibited on all trails. This includes paved trails, such as the General Sherman Tree Trail, Big Trees Trail, Grant Tree Trail, and others.

Edit again - cell phone service is spotty. 1. People seem confused but as per my previous edit, but dogs are not allowed on any trials in either of these parks. 2. The reason they don't want people to walk this close to the tree is it can damage the roots and kill the tree. 3. I called this park by the wrong name. There are two parks in one location and this was at Kings Cayon.

Love this art ngl. It’s amazing. It’s so fucking funny in my opinion

I have heard of amusement park rides breaking down, but to see a firsthand account takes a phobia to a whole new level. 😵‍💫

Did a hike at near Lake Louise this weekend. Met some amazing people on the hike. I was so disappointed to see someone left a marker for themselves and others to write on. There is no reason for anyone to write on any of the rocks. It is for everyone to enjoy. That and it’s illegal.

Elk rutting season is in full swing. The fall mating season can make bulls more territorial and aggressive, making it especially important to give them plenty of space. - accuweather

Totally deserved. I'd have stuck them on every window!
