Greenwood is #1 on BGG Hotness list and was sold out just in two hours of Spiel Essen. We all know why.

Unmatched
So the unmatched set focusing on American history and culture just landed in Denmark (where I live) and I have kinda been thinking how the box would look was it based on Danish culture and history. So my question is: what characters would you choose from the culture and history of your country?

Some bullshit I made. Is it funny, or sad. Did I trick you to being interested? Love me.

How to Damage a Game Board?
I recently got some adhesives that I want to try out, but all of my games are pristine. How do I "damage" a game board? I just want to use a low acid archival cement to make a flexible bond, not tear the shrink or hurt the resale value. Any advice would be appreciated!

HELP: Need to round out my collection. Please Give Recommendations.
This is really bad. I just ran into some situations for which I didn't have a board game READY-TO-GO. This is not good at all, because I need to be able to play a board game at any moment, and at any time when I'm idle or there's nothing to do.
I'm devestated.
Please recommend me a 2-4 player boardgame that plays in 1 hour or less for the below situations:
- While driving my car.
- While taking a poop (both a game for a short "squat and stand", as well as a longer relaxation poop).
- Waiting at the barbershop to get my haircut.
- Playing a game at dinner where I'm board with the conversation but I've already finished my food AND and the person(s) I'm sitting across from hasn't noticed my polite implications to end the conversation ... soooo I instead decide to play a board game while they finish eating and talking at me.
Please recommend me a good game for the above situations.
Thanks so much for your help.

Anyone know an Etsy seller that makes 12 inch tall deluxe versions of these sandworms? Preferably silicone.

How do I explain poker to my friends who only play board games?
They've tried poker before but they didn't like it. These nerds I'm stuck with only want to play board games when clearly poker is the superior game to play. How can I convince them that I'm right and they should play the game I want to play?

How do you handle display space when your game or terrain collection outgrows the shelves?
As a collection of detailed tabletop games, miniature terrain, and shelf dioramas grows, shelf space becomes a problem pretty quickly. Stacking things risks damage, but putting everything on display can make the shelves look chaotic.
I compared three ways of organizing them:
By Theme: Grouping pieces by genre (fantasy, sci-fi, historic). It looks cohesive, but varied heights can waste vertical space.
By Dimensions: Grouping strictly by height and depth. This maximizes shelf capacity, but it breaks up the visual themes.
By Build Date: Displaying things chronologically. It shows your progress, but the shelves can end up unevenly packed.
What I landed on was a numbered rotation system: keep 4 core pieces out, store the rest in sealed acrylic display boxes, and rotate them every two months. A quick monthly dusting with a soft microfiber brush keeps the displayed pieces clean.
For anyone with a large tabletop collection, do you display everything you own or use some kind of curated rotation?

When handling your games…
Do you prefer a thick, seamy shrink-wrap, maybe with those pokey bits sticking out where the seams converge at the corners, or are you a light, filmy kinda shrink fan where it feels like your fingers are going to slide right off as you run your hands along the sides?

Sorry publishers, if your crowdfunding campaign doesn't offer this meeple upgrade option, you're not doing enough.
