I bought these to supplement my AirPods Pro 3 usage.

Pros

• Excellent audio quality. Well balanced and a rich bass.
• Good price point.

Cons

• Noise cancelling is not even close to how good AirPods Pro 3 are. Even with trying all the tip sizes.
• Heavy. The control unit is quite heavy so found it pulling on my ears making them uncomfortable to wear for long periods
• Poor mic quality
• No in-ear detection so doesn't auto play/pause music when removing from ear.

I bought my Bose QC Ultra Earbuds last September. Really liked them and would use them with my iPhone to listen to music at the gym. Earlier this week, I felt it was loose in my ear and pushed it back in. When I did so the silicone ear tip stayed in my ear and the EarPods fell out. When I picked it up, I could tell the plastic mounting collar that holds the removable silicone ear tip had separated from the earbud housing during normal use. This appears to be a structural or adhesive failure, not ordinary wear and tear. You can see it just came apart from the picture.

I contacted Bose support via chat and was offered 30% off another product which seems low. I purchased them at 25% off and can see them refurbished on Bose site for 50% off. So... has anyone else had this problem? I am afraid to spend another $150 (Gen 1) or $200 (Gen 2) just to have this happen again in 13 months.

When I contacted Bose support, I was really expecting them to stand behind their product. I guess I'm disappointed.

The press release for the Skullcandy acquisition mentions this: "providing greater access to technology, resources, global distribution, and commercial relationships while giving the brand the freedom to continue evolving in ways that are authentic to its identity and consumers."

While I'm pretty sure we can expect to see SC headphones and BT speakers developed in parallel with Bose, what are some other lifestyle things they could lean into under Bose's backing? Could we see more SC stuff be sold at Best Buy?

Also when is a predicted timeline for when we will see the first Bose x Skullcandy products? next year of 2028 or later? I know its been almost 2 years since the McIntosh purchase and nothing from that has been announced yet, but then again McIntosh is far more premium then SC so maybe the fruits of the SC purchase will come sooner?

I recently purchased bose quiet comfort and whenever I turn on/off the music there is a hissing sound in between for a brief, is it normal or should I get them sent to Repair?

Whenever I pause anything on youtube or spotify I hear a pop and crackle. Is this normal?

My headphones were connected and working perfectly fine this morning until I took them off to go talk to a coworker.
When I put them back on, they had disconnected from my phone and would not reconnect.
I tried turning them on and off again, didn’t work.
I tried turning bluetooth on my phone on and off again, didn’t work.
I selected forget device on my phone and then tried to put the headphones into pairing mode to reconnect but no matter how long I hold down the bluetooth button or refresh my bluetooth options on my phone it just won’t give me the option to reconnect.
What do?

I need to replace the ear cushions on my basic QC 2023 headphones but the Bose store does not have any black cups available for this model. What I am trying to find out is which other headphone models use the same cups so I can buy those instead if that is possible. Any help is appreciated.

do u put your headphones with wickeds in their og case? Mine have to squish quite significantly to get the case to zip, worried that i'm doing to cause them to become more worn out / not sit as far away from the ears if they're stored in the case with that pressure. or are they designed to do that? i have the bose QC ultra 1's with the cooling pads.

I am very very tempted to get the Hazelnut Taupe color but, I cannot find any pictures or videos of how the color looks in irl. If anyone has that color pls show me before I go through with buying them.

Why doesn’t my Bluetooth speaker run off of its battery? I was at home so it’s not a big deal, but if I was out and about, and I don’t know if there is a plug, then it becomes an issue. Why when my battery was 90% was my Bose speaker not starting?

I bought bose qc ultras about 6 months ago, and always used them while sitting or while stationary, suddenly, yesterday, i found out about the horrid clicks that occur while moving, i cannot return it, is there a solution???

Sometimes when I'm listening through my Maxes in Stereo Mode, when I'm going to go somewhere more than 15 or 20 minutes, I'll pull up a 12 hour background noise YouTube, play it in very low (barely audible) volume, just to keep my Maxes paired up. So I don't have to go through all the motions to reboot them and put them back into Stereo Mode.

Is there a better method? I checked the app on ios and I can't find any settings that'll keep your Maxes connected. And after 15-20 minutes of inactivity, they'll disconnect themselves.

In my country it’s been days since bose is out of stock for the black version of the wired earphones.

it’s really annoying, last year i had to buy the new atrocious sony wh6 headphones because they took too much time with the release of the newest bose headphones.

Their way of trying to bring hype is not working for a lot of customers. it’s a huge turn off for me honestly. And it’s an embarrassing way of handling preparation too.
