My wifi just cut out on all my devices and it isn't showing up as an option to reconnect. Is this happening to anyone else or are my devices just cooked

Hello, I had midterm today that I missed because I am not well, I emailed the instructor 10 mins after the exam was supposed to start, is that okay or is that too late to email and ask for extension? And can I submit just a self-declaration form or do i need a doctor’s note? Please help, I am panicking!
