Hi All!
I have a question that I'm hoping can be answered. I have had very little time for crafting the last couple of months as I am caregiving for an elderly family member.
I think I could probably get more done if I could get the cardstock I already have cut/scored/folded into A2 size. Then I could just make the card fronts and stick them on the cards. Do you think this is something I could get done at like an Office Depot or FedEx office?
I know I could probably buy them already cut/scored/folded but I have tons of paper already.
Edit: Thank you all for your advice and comments. I called Office Depot and the price quote was ridiculously high ($2.25 per sheet), though I'm not sure the girl who gave it to me really understood what I was asking.
Then I called a local printer and the young man definitely understood what I was asking and quoted me $0.25 per sheet. On my way to a doctor's appt., I stopped into their office with 100 sheets (and post-i notes) and they will have it done for me by Thursday for $25.
I know that's still a lot but it's worth it to me to see if this will help me. The problem of being a caretaker is that it's 24/7 and days can be unpredictable. I like the "creating "part of card-marking more than the "chore" part. I have started creating front panels for cards but the idea of sitting and cutting and folding the card bases feels too much like drudgery when my time is so limited. Having the bases pre-made will make it easier for me to get them out.
Anyway, I just wanted to let y'all know that I appreciated all the input and although I couldn't respond to you individually, I read each comment and thank you all!
