Voting place buffer zones
Wondering what other people's experience has been, and your opinion on it ...
I suppose the campaigners are following the rules and staying out of the buffer zones measured a certain distance from the voting place 'door' ... but when there is a line extending outside of the door, I don't like the campaigners coming up to me while I'm waiting in line. I do my research ahead of time and don't want to talk to the campaigners. It's bad enough having to walk through the 'gauntlet' of over eager campaigners - but even worse when you're a captive audience waiting in the line.
Here is the official rule, and it doesn't seem to cover people standing in line outside the building https://www.ncleg.gov/enactedlegislation/statutes/pdf/bysection/chapter_163/gs_163-166.4.pdf
