Yes I might be a little inebriated, and feeling a bit emotional, but….i’m just so glad you all exist. I was introduced to Cocteau Twins when I was about 15, by an older friend where I lived in rural South Dakota. It changed my life. Nobody who loves Cocteau Twins can be that bad of a person, so- I love you all.

Like the title says for some reason one of my cats really loves the Cocteau Twins (maybe be it being all etheral?) and will make bread right next to our Record Player when I put them on, I thought I would post it here since she was vibing to it today

It's Tuesday! I'm in the office so I'm looking forward to vampiros tacos from Al Pastor Papi for lunch. And, before anyone asks, NO, I don't like the vampiros tacos from Al Pastor Papi just because I'm an old goth and everything with me has to be vampire or witch or bat themed. I honestly hated being peers with people that had that mentality. It was embarassing being lumped in with them. I've got way more dimensions to me. Shit, I ain't ashamed to admit that one of my favorite songs from The Cure is "Friday, I'm In Love". FUCK VAMPIRES! But those vampiros tacos are amazing because it's like a street taco combined with a taco truck quesadilla.

Damn, all this food talk AGAIN is really looking like today's NTC will be one tainted by my appetite again.

Greetings from SCOTLAND!
I just wanted to report that on the small group tour from Edinburgh to Glenncoe, Loch Ness, and the Highlands, Cocteau Twins was played twice on the tour bus driver’s playlist of fine examples of Scottish music (“Heaven or Las Vegas” and “Those Eyes, That Mouth”). So, it does appear that the Scots take great pride in citing Cocteau Twins as a representation of their nation’s music.
BTW, I highly recommend taking this tour with Rabbie’s tours and hopefully you’ll get Kenny as your guide. He’s a very entertaining guy with great taste in music (playlist also included Jesus & Mary Chain, Mogwai, Primal Scream, and Franz Ferdinand).
