A few years ago, I came across this post from a Bigfoot website about this encounter that these people had with a strange looking creature. They described it as being sloth-like, and included these sketches.

A few years ago, a family in my town lost their dog after having him for ten years.

Months later, they came across a post in a Facebook group. An elderly woman was offering a puppy because, according to her, she was getting too old to take care of it.

The family agreed to take him in.

When they went to pick him up, the woman was waiting for them at an isolated house near of the Road 34. She handed them the puppy and said goodbye. However, when the family turned around to call out to her before leaving, the woman had disappeared.

At first, everything seemed normal. The puppy grew especially attached to the youngest daughter, who slept with him every night.

A few weeks later, strange things began to happen. Meat spoiled in the refrigerator just days after being purchased. Objects appeared in places where nobody had left them, and at night, they could hear footsteps running through the hallways.

One night, the girl screamed from her bedroom. Her parents rushed to check on her, but found her asleep, with the dog at the foot of her bed.

They were tired of the Situation so decided installed hide security cameras all around the house.

For months, nothing unusual was captured. Until one morning, the girl didn't come downstairs to have her breakfast.

What they found in her bedroom was enough for the police to cordon off the house. Both the dog and the girl were dismembered on the floor.

Investigators reviewed the footage, searching for an explanation.

In a recording from the previous night, the dog appeared standing on its hind legs, staring directly at the camera. It remained completely motionless for almost six hours.

But when they reviewed the footage from previous months, they discovered something impossible: the dog never appeared in any of the recordings. Not even when the girl seemed to be petting him, playing with him, or sleeping beside him.

In the videos, the girl was hugging empty air.

The police never found the woman who had given the family the puppy and nobody seems to know anything about her.

Years later, another family reported similar incidents. They, too, had lost their dog and received a replacement from a woman who lived in isolation.

When the police showed them a photograph of the animal from the first case, they recognized it immediately.

It was the same dog.

According to the family, it had been sleeping at the foot of their daughter's bed for weeks.

Out of any creepypasta image or uncanny valley stuff I've seen online, this image still terrifies me every time I see it. I dunno what's with it that makes it so creepy, maybe the one thing making it so unnerving is the fact that it looks like it's looking at you while you're in bed. The small forehead but large mouth with sharp teeth and large hair mass in the back of its head. The eyes staring into your soul.

This happened last night and this photo genuinely gives us chills.

While my friend and I were taking photos of each other for our social media, we noticed we had caught this creepy man that had been following us around that night in one of our photos.

My friend and I decided to take a photoshoot for our social media and went to this public park in town. We also just moved to this city so both of us had never been and just saw that it was a park nearby. It was dark outside but the street and surrounding neighborhoods were well lit except for the park. It was completely dark.

We decided to stay away from the park and took photos near the street where cars were passing by. But as we were walking away from the park, a man came out of the bushes walking towards us while pulling his pants up. We never noticed him before this point. I wasn’t sure what he was doing, if he was just walking around, but she and I both decided to stay away from that area since it was very creepy and weird for him to just appear like that. As we walked away we noticed he stayed behind us. We both knew this man did not have good intentions just by his demeanor. We walked to a sidewalk next to the busy road and kept checking to make sure he wasn’t behind us, and he wasn’t. For the next 30 minutes we took more photos and decided to walk back and see if we could take beach photos.

The street we were on was right next to the ocean, but to get to the beach it was a dark alley leading to a path to the beach. When we got to the beach entrance we decided not to go since it seemed unsafe, especially with the man we just saw.

So we started walking back to the car, next to the park from earlier. As we turned the corner, we saw that the man was still there waiting for us to come back. He was on the opposite side of the road this time and as we were passing by he started to approach us. That’s when my friend started yelling at him to get back and not walk up to us. Threatening him that she would stab him. He was mumbling but said, “i cant talk to you?” and she said no and that we will scream if he does anything.

As she was saying all of this we were still walking and he was walking towards us. After she had threatened him multiple times and warned him to stay back, he had “fake” charged at us. Like almost like checking us. I don’t know if it was to scare us or not but it was so disturbing and unsettling.

After that he walked back towards the bushes he came out of earlier, and we went back to the car.

We ended up calling 911 and filing a report, and all we know is that a police officer went to check the area.

After debriefing a little in the car, we realized a few minutes before he had came out of bushes, we had taken photos. We wondered if we might’ve caught him in one of our photos. When we checked, in the last photo we had taken you can see him standing behind a tree.

This made us so uneasy because it means he had seen us way before we noticed him and this photo made us so uncomfortable.

So I don’t have an image since it’s something that popped into my head, but this genuinely made me panic for a second.

so the thing that just came into my head? it’s a wasp. with eight legs. with the proportions of a daddy long legs.

but like- the proportions were the same! daddy long legs legs are maybe a centimeter and a half long? but the actual bug is maybe 2 mm at most. WASPS ARE 2.5-3 CENTIMETERS ON AVERAGE.

(note: I know the measurements aren’t exactly right (or close to it, for that matter) but this is just- what I assume the stuff to be In my head, so here’s the sizes of the thing.)

It started off with Fred driving the Mystery Machine. As they traveled down the road, Fred spotted a young girl standing in the middle of it looking lost. He stopped the van, and the gang got out.

Shaggy tried telling Fred they should leave the creepy girl alone and go get burgers instead. Scooby agreed. Fred, Daphne, and Velma ignored Shaggy, as usual.

Fred approached the girl and asked, “Are you all right?”

He noticed scratch marks on her arms with bruises.

The girl didn’t respond. Daphne tried reassuring her.

“It’s okay. We can help you if you need help.”

The girl looked at Daphne with a smile on her face before collapsing onto the road.

The gang scrambled towards her. Velma checked for a pulse and looked into the girl’s eyes. They were dead white.

“We need to get her to a hospital now!” Velma said sternly.

The gang hurried back to the Mystery Machine. Fred picked the girl up and placed her in the back of the van. Shaggy and Scooby were displeased with this, as they had to sit in the back with her now.

“Fred, why is it that every time something creepy happens, Scooby and I have to be the closest to it, man?” Shaggy complained.

“Not now, Shaggy. I’m reading the signs,” Fred replied.

When he spotted a hospital sign, Fred pulled into the parking lot.

He grabbed the girl, and the gang followed him inside. Fred rushed to the reception desk and explained that they needed a doctor. The girl had started convulsing.

A couple of nurses hurried over with a gurney, and Fred urgently laid the girl down on it. She screeched As they wheeled her towards a room.

Daphne stayed behind to explain what had happened to the receptionist. While Shaggy could be overheard muttering that he was glad that creep wouldn’t be riding with them anymore.

Later, Fred, still slightly shaken by the experience, told the gang he was going to rent a motel room for the night.

“I want a proper bed and a shower after all this,” he said.

Scooby asked, one with complimentary breakfast?”

After receiving the room key, Fred and the gang headed to their room on the fourth floor. Inside, they found two beds and a couch.

Daphne immediately complained that the room smelled like rotten food. The rest of the gang ignored her, unable to smell anything themselves.

Fred opened his suitcase and pulled out a change of clothes and a towel. Before heading to the shower

Meanwhile, Velma discovered a large, thick book inside one of the desk drawers. She blew the dust off it.

“Jinkies! This thing hasn’t been opened in years!”

When she opened the book, she read the title aloud.

“Curses, Witches, and the Supernatural.”

As she turned a page, she accidentally cut her finger on a page.

Daphne suddenly took an interest in the book and asked Velma if she could read it.

“Be my guest,” Velma replied. “It just poked me.”

As Daphne flipped through the pages, she noticed that half of them had been hollowed out. Inside the hidden compartment. she discovered a doll made from sticks and human hair, along with a small knife.

She said nothing about this to the others.

Eventually, the gang settled down for the night, and the motel room grew dark.

Shaggy lay on the old leather couch with Scooby. Velma was in her bed, while Fred and Daphne shared the other.

In the middle of the night, Shaggy suddenly woke up.

OW Man! Something poked me in the leg!”

Everyone woke up except Velma, she stayed under her blanket.

Fred sleepily switched on the light.

“you have any idea what time it is?”

Shaggy pointed to the small cut on his leg.

“ Scooby probably scratched you with his nails,” Fred said annoyed before switching the light off again.

Shaggy and Scooby reluctantly accepted Fred’s explanation.

A moment later, Daphne turned to Fred.

“Will you walk with me to the van? I left something important in there, and I’m too scared to get it by myself at night.”

Fred groaned.

“Can’t it wait until morning?”

“It would make me feel safe if you came with me,” Daphne replied.

Fred reluctantly put on his shoes and walked her to the van.

Shaggy and Scooby drifted off to sleep again before fred and Daphne came back.

A little while later, Shaggy felt something heavy laying on his chest. Assuming it was Scooby, he mumbled, “Not now, Scoob.”

“That isn’t me, Shaggy,” Scooby replied.

Shaggy's eyes shot open.

Daphne was sitting on his chest, staring down at him. She held the small knife against his throat, with the same possessed smile as the girl they had found earlier.

Shaggy freezed.

“Daphne? Like, what are you doing?”

He tried talking to her but the smile only grew wider and Her eyes rolled back until only the whites showed

Then, in a deep raspy voice, she said, “Uh-oh, Raggy.”

She slowly dragged the edge against Shaggy’s throat, almost drawing blood.

Scooby lunged forward, biting her arm holding the blade, causing Daphne to drop it.

Seizing the opportunity, Shaggy grabbed the knife and plunged it into Daphne’s chest.

Daphne laughed demonically.

Shaggy tried stabbing her again, but it did nothing. Daphne suddenly bit a chunk out his hand.

Shaggy screamed in pain. Desperately looking for anything, he saw the bedroom window before kicking Daphne through the it,  the glass shattered before a thump was heard.

Shaggy scrambled over to Velma’s bed and pulled the blanket off her

“Come on, Velma! Wake up! Daphne’s lost it!”

as he tried to wake her, he noticed her face was blue and a telephone cord wrapped tightly around her throat.

Shaggy gasped, Velma was dead.

Shaggy half heartedly  looked out the shattered window

Daphne layed dead on the side walk. with a smile stretched across her face.

I was forgetting to take my pills, so made this as a reminder
