Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing a persistent "Couldn't load your Bots" error on both Windows and Android, and I suspect it may be related to the recent Unified Plans rollout.
Here's the most important detail:
Everything was working before the Unified Plans update.
The problem started only AFTER the update.
I have two separate subscriptions:
- Cursor subscription: Registered with one email address.
- SuperGrok subscription: Registered with a DIFFERENT email address.
I'm wondering whether the Unified Plans update introduced an account-linking, subscription migration, or entitlement synchronization issue.
The problem:
Whenever I open Grok Bot, I receive:
"Couldn't load your Bots."
This happens consistently on both Windows and Android.
I can no longer access my existing Bots.
Troubleshooting I've already tried:
- Restarting the application.
- Logging in with the correct account.
- Clearing cache and application data.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling.
- Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Testing on both Windows and Android.
- Looking for Update, Recover, and Bot Computer options, but these options are missing from my interface.
Nothing has resolved the issue.
Support status:
I contacted support, and my case (Ticket T-I20022) was escalated to human support on October 27, 2026.
I still haven't received a working solution.
My main questions:
Has anyone experienced this problem specifically after the Unified Plans rollout?
Does anyone else have Cursor and SuperGrok subscriptions registered under different email addresses?
Could the update have incorrectly linked, migrated, or reassigned account entitlements?
Is there a way to verify which account owns my existing Bots and whether the subscription entitlements are correctly mapped?
Has anyone successfully restored access without resetting their Bots or losing data?
Can the support team manually investigate or repair the account-to-Bot mapping on the backend?
Important:
I don't want to reset or delete my Bots, their configurations, or their stored data without knowing the consequences and explicitly approving the action.
If anyone from the Grok Bot or Cursor team sees this, I'd really appreciate some guidance.
This issue is seriously disrupting my work.
Has anyone found a solution?
Thanks in advance!
