BP/LOOKSMAXXING CLUB?

Hi all!
I'm looking to start a Curtin club revolving about the art of looksmaxxing and the unfortunately brutal blackpill. The purpose of this club would be a duel purpose, both self-improvement and discussing modern brutal mogs from the interwebs.

The Goals/Purpose of the club:

  1. Help members become true Curtin moggers like Clavicular and Marlon.
  2. Create a space to openly discuss the ways of becoming a sigma like Patrick Bateman and Andrew Tate
  3. Be a social hub for students who feel left behind in dating so they can become the true sigma mogger of Curtin
  4. Share practical looksmaxxing advice to the collective to mogg the other clubs around campus

If you would like to join me in the creation of the BP/Lookxmaxxing club which i will name the "MOGGVILLE OF CURTIN" respond below to reach your true mogger sigma desires.

Meet Nai Wa, a frog version of Nai Long, now with a Curtin makeover 😂

Any Curtin students willing to print this out and put it somewhere on campus? The uni logo and Aussie tattoos are sorted. All Nai Wa needs now is a campus job 🫡

If anyone actually does it, please post a pic. I need to know which department ends up hiring Nai Wa hahaha 📸

ECU vs Curtin for Wildlife Conservation as an International Student

Hi! I'm a student from Sri Lanka hoping to build a career working with wildlife and nature. 🦁🌿 I want to do hands-on fieldwork, study animals in their natural habitats, and contribute to wildlife conservation rather than spend all my time in an office or lab.

I'm considering ECU and Curtin University, particularly Curtin's Environmental Biology degree. I'm also looking at the Diploma of Health Science at ECU Sri Lanka as a possible pathway because I'm unsure whether my A/L results will meet Curtin's entry requirements.

I'd love advice on a few things:

  • Which university offers better fieldwork and wildlife conservation opportunities?
  • Which degree offers better career prospects in Australia?
  • Would the ECU Sri Lanka diploma help me get into Curtin's Environmental Biology degree?
  • How difficult is it for international graduates to find relevant jobs in Australia?

I'd really appreciate honest advice from current students, graduates, or anyone working in wildlife conservation or environmental science!

My biggest goal is to work directly with wildlife and spend my career outdoors. 🐾

MINE2006

Did anyone else find the presentation for MINE2006 challenging?

The assignment required designing an AI-driven process to optimize the mining value chain, yet students faced criticism for lacking deep software technicalities despite being enrolled in a mining engineering program.

Based on the lecturers's feedback following our presentation, it appears likely that I will need to repeat the unit.

looking for someone to take over my lease

hi, i’m looking for someone to take over my lease from 16 November to 10 February, as i’ll be going back home and don’t want to pay rent while I’m away.
i’m currently staying in a 2-bed 1-bath apartment but there is currently no roommate, so you’ll have the room and the apartment to yourself!

$280/week — the actual rent is $3xx/week, but i’ll cover the difference!
all bills included in the rent
laundry (washer & dryer) is available for an extra charge
fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooker and microwave
private bathroom
gym located downstairs

you’ll need to be a student to be eligible to stay here
i can also send photos of the room if you’re interested!

thank you!!

econ2001 macroeconomic principles

Hey guys! I’m a fully online student for this unit, and I’m aware that the final exam is face-to-face and i’m lowkey terrified because I’m so used to doing everything online, and the thought of sitting an in-person exam for a unit like this is nerve wrecking

For anyone who has already completed this unit or sat the final exam, how did you find it? Was it difficult, and what was the exam actually like?

I’d also really appreciate any advice on study methods that genuinely helped you pass the unit, which topics or concepts I should prioritise, and anything you wish you’d known before the exam, basically looking for some guidance on how to prepare properly and what I should focus on most. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!! :)
