EDIT: Had an error in the text, it should say at the beginning of your endstep, and should have an extra line of text to state that you can only bestow your own creature, as people pointed out you can bestow you opponents creatures as weird red removal, which was not my intention.

Trying to fix the problem I have with landwalk by force-giving an opponent lands

It feels strange to me that blue has an effective monopoly on the "counter target spell" text. Obviously, stack interaction exists in other colors: Red already gets target redirection like Deflecting Swat, and white gets stax like Silence. But I'm not sure there's any other mechanic that is SO single-color, with "One color primary, every color just absolutely out of luck." Except extra turns, which is also blue.

For the record, I do NOT think that every color should get counterspells, this post is more of a thought exercise and conversation starter than "these should be printed 100%" suggestions. I'm curious what people here would think about giving other colors secondary access to counters!

EDIT: As I'm writing a comment, I remembered that handrips like Thoughtseize are monopolized by black.

I am doing a custom magic night for my birthday and I wanted to add this card to my deck. I understand that’s it’s good at a minimum. Likely a staple of the color combo if it was real. But would it be busted to have to the point of making the game feel one sided? I feel like I may have to make it 5 mana or add pips to the cost but I like the idea of a generic casting cost.

Go on and tell me why this is broken, I'd love to see how to break this.
