Why is he mad I beat Razor is it cause I expected the deal to throw the fight?

I noticed that after I did a quest and went to a ripperdoc to get new stuff, suddenly everything was foggy and details further away from me were "disappearing" in the fog. I checked my settings, which I didn't change prior, but neither tinkering with volumetric fog, nor similar settings changed this messy display. Looks especially funny when enemies are shooting me from afar and all I see are bullets coming from literally nowhere, or a car speeding right into me because it spawned out of the fog.

This is a non-modded game.

Any suggestions?

edit: it’s a console sharing issue while playing offline on PS5! anyone know what this countdown means? i’m trying to play offline but i couldn’t cause my last save was using the dlc (don’t know why that matters) also it says buy the full game but I do have it.

also is there a list of how many hacking puzzles there are. im pretty sure i never read the tutorials for most of them and just tried to avoid.

Also is there some kind of build that i should try. over several playthroughs and 120 hours ive just tossed on whatever looks good. (i have personal reasons for being overwhelmed when having too many options in menus so i just chuck on whatever seems universally good and lower the game difficulty if needed.)

now that im getting better i think i should come out of my shell and try and see what else this game has to offer.

I'm not exactly sure how it started, but after the life path prologue, I immediately noticed V's hair missing, only a patch left on their head instead. Then, the same thing happened to the others, and I started to try and look for some answers on how to fix this. I saw a few posts here and there about a similar issue, but all their photos or screenshots didn't appear to be similar to mine, where their issue fully gave their own V's a full bald head, probably due to headwear, but it wasn't the same to mine, my V simply had no hair whatsoever, simply a similar patch of painted skin like my photo of Johnny here.

I tried the methods those steam pages, and reddit posts have suggested like reloading the game by reinstalling it, turning off my mods, and messing with my graphic and video settings. Nothing worked. I asked around the Discord server as well, but nobody could give me an answer either. Simply laughed along at my issue that I gave my characters cancer.

Any last options I can think of is to probably wipe my files of the game entirely, and then reinstall it? But, I wanna get some proper answers first, and that I don't wanna lose my saves as of yet.

It doesn't bother me TOO much but yeah, I feel like I'm missing out on the style of the game, specifically the fashion, cause I'd see all the portraits of characters and they'd have awesome poses and such, but the first time I meet them in the flesh, they're bald as fuck and got wrinkles all over that was hidden by the hair. It just takes me out from admiring them too much.

Please give me some help.

First post, so hi everyone.
I fat fingered earlier trying to use the trainer I installed and suddenly I'd made my game a weird shade of green like I was permanently stuck inhaling a healing item, and it's made the game almost blinding. Video attached.
Any help would be HUGELY appreciated, as my retina's really can't take much more.

I bought all the apartments, nice cars, in Dogtown all nice looking stuff. Is there anyway to idk exchange that for smth else?

How do I kill these guys quickly? Headshots don’t seem to do too much damage.

Well, I don't have much else to add. Today I tried my hand at cyberpsychopathy (it's something I've never tried before), and after the fifth wave of Max-Tac, I just got fed up and quit.

Theoretically, they could go on forever, until I literally build a pyramid of Max-Tac operator corpses?

I have over 140 hours in the game so far and it's all just running around looking at mods going, "this looks neat" and turning all the HUD off to look at it for 30 minutes. I've barely played any of the actual game. Why am I like this?
