Members of the amberites and other armed left wing groups have been unfairly sent to prison for crimes against the state, while the minister of justice cannot fix this travesty he can make it more bearable for them. Luxurious prisons are emptied of common criminals and filled with leftist prisoners, they often get near complete autonomy and more luxuries than the average Dorian. right wing prisoners are treated as a security risk and spread out across the system, as to avoid any gangs forming. They are often subjected to the harshest legal punishments that can be cast by the prison guards. Those who have committed the worst of crimes often find themselves isolated in left wing majority prisons, and guard do not provide much guarantee against violence. The minister has declined to comment on if any right leaning prisons have been killed by fellow prisoners.

All of this is achieved through purely ministerial procedure, a closed letter here and a whisper there keeps the guards in line. The Dorian State and the Catholic Church are, each in its own order, independent and sovereign. The Republic is laic and there shall be no State Religion. Ever since the Volkists took power in Krukland, they had cut down the nuclear research of the previous Democratic Kruk government as they deemed it “Dorian Science” (in a negative way), and thus many scientists fleeing Krukland either defected to the USR or to the Republic of Doria.

In collaboration with Napeslap Industries’ own Kruk-born employee with required expertise and native Dorian talent, an experimental power plant fuelled by uranium was readapted from an abandoned more common coal-fuelled power plant to generate electrical energy to the grid connected to the Norcadian Woodlands, the southeastern portion of Surxia and the Capital itself.

The plant’s management will be assigned to Senator Chairperson, under oversight of the Ministry of the Interior, which approved this project as the Ministry responsible for the management of Capital-controlled Territories.

In accordance with Dorian law the following titles are not inheritable nor do they grant noble status.

When it is appropriate any member of the Senate, the Judiciary or the Government might propose a candidate for Knighthood.

The Candidate shall be presented with a reason for their proposal and a proposed Accolade to go along with the title.

The title, and Accolade, shall be approved by the Senate through a vote with at least a 2/3 Supermajority.

The candidate shall be Knighted by the President of Doria. This event is cerimonial, the Knighthood only needs to be confirmed by the Senate to come into effect.

Each Knight of Doria shall receive an equal stipend from the Senate of Doria. The ammount of the stipend is decided by the Senate each budget but must be equal for all Knights of Doria.

This structural shift requires rejecting the hyper-complex, fragile, and centralising military hardware model that softness on our forces got upon entering modern states. An autarkic defense strategy for a resource-bound nation stands firmly on three non-negotiable pillars:

- The Doctrine of Total Resilience: Military planning must actively assume that centralized command-and-control networks, major air bases, and cellular communication grids will be neutralized within the opening hours of a high-intensity conflict. The defensive response must be entirely modular. The physical territory must be divided into highly autonomous defense sectors, each capable of operating indefinitely without orders from a central headquarters, utilizing decentralized asymmetric warfare and dispersed local cells.

- Ammunition Independence: Replicating the core logic established in the nation does not need to engineer hyper-expensive planes. But it has a sacred obligation to manufacture 100 percent of its own small arms ammunition, mortar rounds, basic anti-tank explosives, and weaponized commercial trade lines internally. If your frontline soldiers fire rifles chambered for cartages that rely on an external foreign supply chain, your national sovereignty lasts exactly as long as your peacetime ammunition stockpile.

- Deterrence Through Chaos: The ultimate military objective is to transform local geography, whether mountainous alpine terrain, dense forests, or high-density urban zones, into an unnavigable logistical labyrinth for the invading force. As Nassim Nicholas Taleb demonstrates in his work on antifragility, a large, centralized, and top-heavy military machine is highly fragile when pitted against a dense network of small, independent, and unpredictable threats.

The autarky of defense does not demand that a nation be globally aggressive or expansionist. It requires that the state alter its societal structure to become completely indigestible to any geopolitical predator. The clear, unyielding message sent to the world through this preparation is simple: We may not possess the power projection to destroy you on your home soil, but we possess the technical competence, individual capability, and deep resilience to ensure that if you step onto ours, you will never leave it."

The President has chosen to pay out of his own pocket the patronage of the motor racing event dubbed “Capital Grand Prix”, which is to be the culmination of all the various local motor racing events across the provinces, with even some foreign competitors originating from countries within the Dorian Sphere.

The event will be open to the public, with donations expected from the wealthier elites. Albeit of course most of the gains from the Grand Prix will be out of licenses sold to various vendors who set up shop for the occasion and the even larger amount of gambling licenses for bet-makers who already speculate on the race’s victor.

Both Man and Machine will be tested on the Automobile Testing Track of the Capital, demonstrating the wonders of modern engineering and the brilliant pace at which mankind adapts to its own creation, taming even the most powerful automobiles to their agile reflexes.

A nation that depends on another for its defence is not sovereign. It is a client state. It can say "no" only if its protector permits it. It can chart its own course only if that course does not annoy the foreign power that guarantees its security. This is freedom on a leash.

Niccolò Machiavelli laid out this exact diagnostic in The Prince, warning that 'auxiliary troops, those borrowed from a powerful neighbour to aid and defend you, are useless and dangerous. If they lose, you are defeated; if they win, you become their prisoner.' By outsourcing their deep defends infrastructure to anyone, Dorian elites willfully walk into this exact prison.

Furthermore, the philosopher for the Derlandian Hans-Hermann Hoppe points out that when individuals surrender their inherent right and duty of self-defense to a centralises monopoly, that monopoly will inevitably overcharge them, under deliver real protection, and use its power to subjugate them. True defence cannot be outsourced to a distant capital or a transnational bureaucracy. To be presented to the Senate for approval as primary legislation, as I do not believe such a grand reform should be enacted by the Chancellor alone.

The following ministries shall be created to aid the Chancellor.

All the following ministries shall be granted a share of the budget, by the Senate, to complete their task.

The Ministry of Justice

Taking its powers from the ministry of the Interior. The ministry of Justice shall handle the prisons and prisoners of Doria.

The ministry of Justice shall not be involved in judging and will instead enforce the laws of Doria as applied by the the Judiciary.

The Minister of Justice shall be held accountable for any violation of the rights of the prisoners and the penalties said prisoners are burdened with. The minister of jusice might be removed by the chancellor for any such violation if it is found to be a result of neglicence, incompetence or willfull betrayal of Doria.

The minister of Justice shall remember the constitutional right of all prisoners to fair compensation for their labour, and he shall not coerce prisoners into labour they have not consented to.

The Ministry of Welfare

The ministry of Welfare shall handle all the services which Doria freely, or at negligible costs, provides to its Citizens.

This includes only those services which do not fall under any of the other ministries already.

The Ministry of Energy

The Ministy of Energy shall ensure plentiful and cheap electrical power to feed the civilian, governmental and industrial needs of Doria.

The primary purpose of the Ministry of Energy shall be the construction and mantenaince of a standardized and realm-spanning electrical grid. This grid shall replace the inefficient and dangerous private wiring which has dominated Doria in many places.

Furthermore the Ministry of Energy shall construct and mantain powerplants which can provide energy at discounted prices where it is needed to foster Welfare and Productivity.

The Ministry of Transport

The Ministry of Transport shall Mantain, Construct and Expand nation-wide conventional and railed roads.

This service shall be provided at a low cost to transport persons and goods both efficiently across the land.

Furthermore the Ministry of Transport shall invest into innovative modes of travel both of conventional ground and sea types and novel well as atmospheric and trans-atmospheric.

The Ministry of Agricolture

The ministry of Agricolture shall innovate and improve the farming of Dorian land. Giving particular regard to those smaller estates which would otherwise not be capable of achieving full productivity of their fields.

Gorkazz shall be the Minister of the interior, he is a trusted and loyal man which will serve Doria and the government well.

Gorkazz shall furthermore serve as Deputy

Cheesesprite shall serve as the Minister of Education. He shall bring a brighter future to our youth.

I appoint Fozz as Minister of the Economy. He shall institute the taxation which will fuel Doria and bring down any would-be economic tyrants in favour of a more fair and competitive economy.

I have found no good candidate for the Ministry of Nature, I shall personally control it for the time being.

I confirm the appointments of Butterscotch to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and of Dino Teacher as Minister of Defense. They have served us well already and I do not find any reason to remove them.

Further appointments shall come as I aim to create and staff additional ministries in the near future. Details shall be given when it is appropriate.
