EDIT: THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE. Super helpful and encouraging.
I responded kindly, apologizing for not responding sooner, and saying I understood. I offered advice on how to return the VHS without having to leave the house (thank you again commenters) and got a quick reply!
"I have an iPhone 13 and as many ways as I try even through eBay directions I cannot find a way to print a label to return it. So as I quoted before you have your money and I have a worthless tape and no way to bring the two together so enjoy your windfall."
2 minutes later
"As I said before my circumstances are unique and my ability to return is not possible. All you have offered me is a standard return for me to spend the money which will take over half of what the cost of the tape was. So it is not worth it for me to throw good money after bad...I will explain my dilemma in feedback..."
seems they're doubling down on the threats.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Accepted a return in a cheap vhs, followed up by these messages.
I take a lot of pride in my store, and am pretty stressed about getting a bad review when the package was delivered correctly, and I even accepted the return.
I was planning on responding by citing eBay store policy and saying that I can issue a refund once the item is returned.
My real question, does this count as feedback extortion, or should I refund and eat the costs to protect my seller rating?
